I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at your establishment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

A special mention goes to Ms. Sue, who exemplifies outstanding customer service. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. Her genuine kindness and professionalism significantly enhanced our dining experience.

The pizza at Napoli's is absolutely delicious! The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and generous. Each bite was a delight, and it's clear that a lot of love and care goes into making your pizzas.

I had a terrible experience here. I ordered online to make things easier because the family has accents that are a struggle to understand sometimes. I saw an option for a medium pizza AND cheese bread but they only delivered a medium pizza for $15.99 ($23 with delivery and tax). I spoke to the delivery person and she said she would be right back with cheese bread. An hour later, when she never returned, I had to call and they said it's not what I ordered.

I would never pay $15.99 for a medium pizza alone. They refused to honor the menu and prices on their website. I believe in supporting local business but you are better off ordering from Pepperoni Ray's.

They still insist that I am wrong so I'm including a picture of what I selected on the menu. DO NOT BUY...

Omg! My first time ordering on yesterday, April 2, 2025. A hidden gem! My husband and I ordered 2 large (special) and plain wings. Excellent! Fresh ingredients (I ordered the Veggie Pizza. Meat Lovers for husband) I was about to enter, but a cleaning lady was about to mop. I'm severely allergic to scents. I walked out to order by phone. The owner, female, came outside, took my order, offered the special, and I was EXTREMELY grateful for her personality, kindness and honesty. The food was very good!
