WOW!!!!!!!! Today I had Nothing But Bundt Cakes deliver a beautiful red velvet Bundt cake and an assortment of mini Bundt cupcakes to my daughter who is attending a conference in New Orleans. I could never imagined that I would have such an extraordinary experience like this from a business establishment outside of my own neighborhood!L Lorraine Lanzilotta is such an amazing person to deal with. Her kindness, professionalism, helpfulness and beyond outstanding customer service offered gave me chills! This employee treated me as if we had been friends for many years! She made the entire process so much fun and personalized my order knowing how much the recipient (my daughter) would just LOVE her baked goods. Lorraine’s interpersonal skills and attention to detail are like no one else’s . I sent the most creative and charming cake and cupcakes to Nikki for a special celebration…and not only did she ensure it was artistically designed and personalized to perfection, but she also wrapped it in cellophane and attached a gorgeous notecard. My girl received it less than an hour from when I placed the order and was blown away by the presentation. Nothing But Bundt Cakes earned my business today and certainly deserves to earn yours. Find another location if you want your cake made right. I called in an order for a tiered cake 5 days in advance for a rehearsal dinner the day before my sisters wedding. The cake looked amazing online and today upon pickup it looked nothing like the cake online. I paid extra for extra icing and upon pickup it was a regular cake. It’s not the point that I paid extra for the icing and didn’t get it. The point is that I paid for something expecting it to be great and it’s not. If it was a regular occasion I wouldn’t care as much but now I have a cake for my sister that wasn’t what I wanted and can’t be fixed.

On Sunday, may 4, 2025, i was in our church van to, and we held a conversation about our church. I went into this store to purchase a gift card, and bought two cakes, as I return to my residential home, I realize I left my money order on the counter, which I know that the close @ 4 pm on Sunday, I decided to visit them today, may 5, 2025, the young lady I had a conversation with on that Sunday was in the back of the store, and they had another lady @ the front talking orders, the lady I spoke to on Sunday, she never once came from the back to speak to me about my ordeal and the issue I had on 5-4-2025, Sunday, and I think that was very unprofessional of her, so I’ll call corporate on what happen.
