I’m just happy to have a dog park so close by! The only imperfections are: the grounds are very dusty because the dogs make it hard to have grass, and one water fountain is broken. But both of those things I chalk up to the difficulty of having a public park. These are not easy problems to solve. I like the big space and it’s plenty for dogs to run around in. There are lots of benches, both in the sun and in the shade. I just recommend wearing boots when you come, or your old tennis shoes, so that you don’t get too disappointed when your footwear gets dusty or muddy. Overall it’s a nice park but it depends on what...

It's fairly small but has benches to sit down on while your pups are playing. Also, bring towels in your car to wipe them off (especially if it rained anytime recently). Unfortunately, this is the only official dog park in the uptown area. The next closest I believe is city bark at City Park, and then lafreineire park. On days when we can't get out to lafreineire or city park, wisner dog...
