Pontilly Sno — Restaurant in New Orleans

Writing this before I’ve even tried the food, that goes to show how service goes a long way besides, just the taste.

LOVE places that feels like home even when it’s new. Beautiful place. Greeted with sweetness. Had a lady sweeping up as I walked in. I love a sign of cleanliness. She took my order and took on my special request for cheese on the side like it was no botheration and made it correctly. FRESH AND HOT. She even was so catering to allow me to try my strawberry drink first to make sure it had enough strawberry. Now that’s just going the extra mile and that’s exactly why I’ll be back. Full plate and drink 10.75. Can’t beat that. 10/10 experience. As I waited the other girls cleaning even made small talk with me asked me how my day was and even talked to me a little about how much I’ll like the food....

I loved the Christian based decor; overhead Christian music can be heard piping thru the speakers & you're surrounded around positive vibes & affirmations. Happy Happy Joy Joy. In affiliation with the "God is good all the time car wash" (or at least I think hat's the name) & the Baptist Seminary just across the street, this place is going to be my Go-To for snoballs & all things summertime....

This has become my go to spot for Snoballs! I like the customer service and the Snoball is great. I witnessed yesterday how great the ladies were when a customer had an issue with their order. They helped to resolve it to the customer's satisfaction. The customer commented that Pontilly has the best ice because she wanted plain ice in the top with flavor at the bottom of the cup. They are following social distancing guidelines and take all precautions in preparing food. Yes they have some good food! Check them out and help in the support to...
