I visited this Popeyes on Saturday and as I got out the car the inside was locked okay understandable. I got back into the car and waited in drive thru as I placed my order it wasn't pleasant because to the young lady who took my order seems like she didn't want to be there so I still ordered my food and asked for it a certain way. I finally gets to the window to pay for my meal they say cards only no cash I felt like that's something that should have been said upon me placing my order. I only had cash it took my driver to have to take his card out to pay for my food oh by the way I took Uber there so upon me getting these hard ghost pepper wings that I asked for fresh out the grease that didn't happen either I ordered a 6 piece ghost pepper wing meal mash potatoes and a sweet tea I received hard wings a drink that was mixed with lemonade a hard biscuit the only thing that was good was the mash potatoes so I wasted 10.00 paying for an Uber but I also wasted another 10.00 on old food. Than after I received the food upon my driver asking them for some jelly they slammed the window so we sat there for about 3 more minutes waiting on someone to come back to the window while the manager walked back and fourth like she didn't care a customer was sitting at the window this really upsets a person people works hard for there money to go somewhere people don't care about what they give you or the service at hard I give y'all 0 stars get it...
Read moreFood was hot and fresh cause I requested it fresh/hot. As for the dining area tables weren't clean at all, why don't anyone in fast food wear hairnets/gloves anymore? They never have on them at Popeyes or McDonald's Gloves should be used also when handling money such as cashiers then turn around and preparing food without washing hands or using sanitizer. I feel as though when we work at colleges and schools serving food or preparing food it's mandatory we wear hairnet/gloves don't see how they don't get code violations and fined for this at all New Orleans fast foods no one wears hairnets and gloves?! City of New Orleans has to do more and better with inspections, fines, and pop ups visits at these fast food and restaurants that's dealing with food/money. Especially these fast foods here! It's a turn off than when u say something bout it's attitudes and back and forwards with their employees when this is MANDATORY/LAW. Reports it to corporations/corporate and go back in same places to see if it's been addressed and in place,Nothing changed same thing going on no hairnets/gloves on mayor Cantrell also needs to put pressure on these fast foods restaurant with inspectors/inspections for...
Read moreThere was absolutely nothing and I mean nothing fast about this fast food restaurant experience If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. 46 minutes going through the drive thru just to pick up an online order 5 Piece chicken 2 sides 2 biscuits 2 apple pies and a drink. Only to get it after waiting in the line and the only thing that was in the bag was a box with chicken 1 biscuit the bag it was staple to death so that you could barely get into but good thing I did check the order I was told to pull up where I spent additional time sitting there waiting for the rest of the order to be brought out I literally had to get out of my car and wave at them to get there attention because they had the dining area closed to ask them if I could have the rest of my order because they continued working like nothing happened nothing was wrong and I wasn't sitting out there waiting for the rest of my food hoooorible experience hoooorible service and hoooorible cold food I hate...
