Other reviews say it all: exceedingly slow service; poor service; constantly out of a large portion of their menu; understaffed; the list goes on.
I’ve tested this place out three times for mobile delivery orders through their app. The first time my order was cancelled outright by the Burger King; the second time I was missing half of my order; and the third time they sent me the completely wrong order - my total was around $25 and I was sent a small cheeseburger and small fries.
The poor Doordash drivers that are forced to deliver these meals are constantly working with both hands tied behind their backs. The only bright spot is that Burger King itself will happily refund your order when this specific establishment gets it wrong, so there is that at least, though arriving back at square one is a fairly low bar.
One of the issues with mobile delivery orders is that the drivers can’t actually see the orders themselves. My most recent delivery person showed me what she had on her phone, and all it said was “Multiple items”. This makes it impossible for Doordash to do Burger King’s job for them, even though they actually would if they could even if it shouldn’t be necessary. The end result is a driver showing up with what they hope is the correct order, and is almost certainly not the correct order given this establishment’s long and storied history of ineptitude.
Long story short: don’t get a mobile delivery from this place. You are essentially gambling with your time but in this instance...
Read moreWe arrived at the drive through window at 11:29pm tonight! There were two cars ahead of us so we thought this Burger King on Chef Menteur Highway (On Gentilly Blvd) was open. Two more vehicles pulled up behind us and waited as well! 15 minutes went by. . . No one came to the window. . . 20 minutes went by. . . No one. The two vehicles in front of us finally pulled off.
As we pulled up to the window, we noticed two Burger King Employees inside. One was cutting onions (A female) and the other (A male) was removing onions rings from the fryer. But, NO ONE ever came to the window to take our order.
The hours of operation stated that it closed at 1:00 AM!!! So, how come NO ONE CAME TO THW WINDOW?
Our daughter got out of our vehicle and knocked on the glass to get their attention. . . To no avail! I’ve NEVER seen anything like this in my life.
If your establishment is supposed to be opened until 1:00 AM then you should accommodate the customers who are waiting to be served.
We saw French fries and onion rings sitting in the fryer basket. We saw cooked food sitting on the shelf under the warming light. We saw two employees ignoring customers wanting a service that they could have provided!
HORRIBLE!! Those two employees should be fired! The Manager should be fired! The owners of this Franchise should be notified! I will be sending the video and pictures I took to the Burger Kong’s Corporate Office.

Read moreI waited in a long after hours drive-thru line. I was told I had to wait on my chicken fries. I was then advised to move my car up and to the left out of line. I waited and waited about 10 minutes after placing my order finally someone brought my food outside. The young lady who brought my food outside didn't wait to see if I was satisfied with my order she simply left. I began to check the bag immediately upon receiving it. There was no sauce or ketchup in the bag. I immediately honked the horn to get her attention to let her know that they made a mistake and forgot to give me sauce not my mistake but theirs. I paid the requested amount of money and I waited the requested amount of time. She ignored my attempt to get her attention. Which then leaves me with french fries and chicken fries and no sauces this was going to be a very very dry meal to say the least. So I got back in line because it was obvious that she was not coming back. I waited another 15 minutes inline just for sauce. The same sauce that I shouldn't have had to wait for it to begin with.
