The daiquiris have been really great for the majority of times I've been to this location. This time it was a little runny but In all fairness it's the first time I've received it like this.
The customer service at this location is horrible. I think the women that work here, all hate their job and it shows. You know the service you get when you slide into a store 5 mins before they close. Right before they got a chance to lock the door? Well that's the energy and atmosphere of the service you can expect from the ladies at this location from the time they open until the time they close, and it doesn't matter if there's a line, two people or only you there in the building or drive through.
As far as the driveve through line- same treatment and long wait time. They'll walk off in between serving cars (even if they are closed inside) for a good two to three minutes. Safe to say further extending the long wait time.
I've had two pleasant encounters and I frequent this location at least once every two weeks so good service once or twice based on that ratio is horrible (only because the one location on St. Charles is to far. They give exceptional service there btw but I digress).
Maybe they need training in customer service, more workers, or a pay increase to boost morale and service, because no one who works there is happy about it and it shows.
Just get a shot added to your daiquiri for your trouble, since it's the only...
Read moreHorrible. This location is due to close at 1 AM. I arrived at 12:26 to a line that went beyond the driveway. Another patron behind me was turned around at 12:32, with the security guard indicating that they were closed. After waiting for another 31 minutes, we finally arrived at the window, the associates were very rude. I asked if we can have two separate orders, only to receive a nasty response indicating that "we're not doing separate orders, we close in 2 minutes." After we consolidated our orders, the female associate told us, "y'all have been waiting in line and still don't know what y'all want?" At this point, as a customer, I was disgusted. I left a VERY short tip and a comment that the service was poor. I normally will not visit any establishment close to closing; however, this was the ONE extenuating circumstance and I was EXTREMELY disappointed at their terrible attitudes and lack of customer service. It will be very difficult for me to visit this facility again. ---NOW HIRING--- signs posted....
Read moreIGNORED 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. Drove all the way here after my shift because they’re SUPPOSE to be open till midnight. I pull up & the “Open” sign is visible. When I get to the window the worker (LARGE 300lbs+, bald head blonde African American woman) was in the window counting money. She IGNORED me, I pressed the button twice thinking maybe she didn’t see me. She did. She turned the open sign over to “closed” & proceeded to ignore me & finish counting. This is legit at 11:40, 20 minutes BEFORE closing. Like why not have the decency to speak to a patron ? But even more why is it that a certain group of ppl think it is acceptable to close before time? This is a business, why are your hours fluctuating depending on the staff? What is the difference between 11:40 & 12? I will never patronize this location nor the ignorant ghetto staff they...
