Waffle House — Restaurant in New Orleans

The first time i visited the staff and general feel was amazing. However the second time i was in was a completely different experience. Obviously there was a man who was helping to train a new girl. Must have been her second day or third. He never seemed to care m. As well the cook not once , twice but 3 times messed up my hashbrown order. First was completely wrong. Second he placed a fixed but still wrong order on top of the old hashbrowns and for the third got it wrong again but by that time i stopped caring and wanted to eat. My plate of food beside the wrong hashbrowns hashbrowns were cold and instead of getting hot food and waiting longer i wound up jist dealing with it. As well we had to regularly ask for our waffle theu kept forgetting.

I dont blame the new girl with her being new. I feel as those her trainer and the cook should have actually helped her understand and they act more seriously while at work and take care of...

First off let me start by saying I had a small roach in my hash browns and no one apologized! My waiter was very well spoken and polite but when he found out that there was a roach in my food he didn’t come apologize.

The manager said it wasn’t a roach but some other kind of bug, trying to down play it wasn’t a roach. Either way it was in my food! There were two other older waitresses who were very loud. One of them was arguing with a customer about how “she has four kids and can celebrate Father’s Day even though she doesn’t have a dick in between her legs” smh The other older (in her 50s or 60s was smoking a hookah behind the counter around the food while making a TikTok!!! The worst!!!! I’ll never go to this...

This is a place one would enjoy a nice cup of coffee with their BREAKFAST ITEMS... only somehow they had no coffee?? My husband ordered a food item, (sausage and biscuits) after being told there was no coffee at the Waffle House and the waitress again came back...we are out of the gravy for the biscuits too. We counted 7 uniformed employees and we were the only seated customers and they still took an inordinate amount of time to even take our order...the food was completely unremarkable and it was so cold in the restaurant, I ate my grits and went and sat in the car while my husband and kids ate, as I was completely underwhelmed by the staff and the food. I will never frequent this...
