IHOP — Restaurant in Louisiana

Worst experience EVER! There was a heroin OD in the restroom. Later we find out after waiting 45 minutes to get our drinks that the cook was the one that OD'd. There were only about 6 tables being used. When patron from another table went over to tell our waitress the 3rd time we were ready to order she said she'd be right there. The table next to us had ordered before we were seated. Their order came out wrong...in that the chicken wrap was ordered without tomatoes and when they were sat on the table the staff said "I know it has tomatoes but you'll have to take them off yourself". The hash browns were suppose to have melted cheese which was missing. The waitress says, "I can take care of that one." As she walks to the kitchen to return with a hand full of cold shredded cheese and plops on top of the hash browns.

At this time the waitress looks at our table and says something like I need to go check on your order. We had to remind her she had NOT taken our order YET! We ordered an appetizers sampler plate. This comes with chicken strips, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. We were informed they were out of chicken strips but they could substitute extra mozzarella sticks. We agreed. One of us ordered t bone with eggs. They were out of steaks. Ok, strawberry waffles, nope out of strawberries. Fine a bacon cheese burger with sweet potato fries and a coke. 2nd one ordered the same thing but with OJ to keep it simple. I ordered an omelet with no mushrooms. With water.

15 minutes later we were informed there were no sweet potato fries. And the OJ was refilled.

Almost another hour (we've now been here 2 hours) our food comes out. The burgers have no bacon, we get no fries and my mushrooms were on the side. The missing bacon was pointed out and we were told it wasn't put into the computer that way. And it would be a wait on the fries. We said don't worry about the fries. And I didn't complain about my mushrooms. We finish eating and ask for the check. We were charged for bacon,(never received) Sweet potato Fries, (never received), an OJ refill, and for substituting the chicken strips for cheese sticks (the appetizer was delivered at the same time as dinner). The cashier is so proud of herself that she is comping the drinks for our inconvenience. Really? The whole meal should have been free! We pointed out the incorrect charges on the receipt. This took another half hour to semi-correct. I have contacted management who said they had a situation that night and they were doing the best they could. Then I contacted corporate who said they would call me at a good number and I've still never heard from them after calling and emailing. This was my 1st ihop experience since I don't eat pancakes but never again. And if this had not of been the 4th place we went to or the only place we could find open a 1am we would have left after the police investigation was over and the...

my lowest rating ever...ordered curbside..signed in on the browser.....after 10 minutes nothing....then got out...i called the number it just goes to voice mail over and over...no one was in the place or at least out front ...i literally yelled is anybody here over and over ....i started to think maybe they had been robbed..and then i smelled something burning.finally some came up straighten there uniform asking what i wanted....seriously ? it's suppose to be a restaurant. i asked for my food got it ....when i got home...yes it was cold...but seriously...it's a pancake house...who serves pancakes without syrup? I had even ordered extra syrup...didn't get any...i encourage any law enforcement, fire ems or city inspectors to go eat there and see if you smell something burning. it's pretty shady. ** TO THE OWNER I FIND YOUR AUTO REPLY EMAIL VERY DISINGENUOUS...IF YOU WANT ME TO DO YOUR WORK FOR YOU, PAY ME. CLEARLY THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE GOTTEN A "0" RATING. I WRITE REVIEWS FOR PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE, CUSTOMERS AND GOOGLERS LIKE ME. SO I'M NOT GONNA FOLLOW A DEAD LINK THAT YOU POSTED JUST TO MAKE TO LOOK LIKE YOU CARE. BUT I TELL YOU WHAT I WILL DO, I'M GOING TO KEEP ORDERING ILL PREPARED COLD FOOD FROM YOUR UNSTAFFED LOCALE..AND SO WILL EVERYONE IN MY CHURCH....AND THEN MAKE YOUR RESTURANT FAMOUS ON TIK TOK AND YOU TUBE AS THOUSANDS OF VIEWERS JUDGE FOR THEMSELVES WHETHER OR NOT IT'S SAFE TO EAT THERE...P.S. JUST BECAUSE YOU MARKED THAT SINK HOLE IN YOUR PARKING LOT....IN THE HANDICAP ZONE NO LESS ...WON'T PROTECT YOU IN AN INJURY SUIT....OR HOW ABOUT AN HONEST LEGIT REPLY..."I'M SORRY WE'LL TRY AND DO BETTER". IT MAY BE A FRANCHISE BUT SOONER OR LATER IHOP IS GOING TO CARE WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO...

If I could give it a 0 star review I would, the lack of customer service at the restaurant I will never go again. I went with my dad and our family and we waited 40 min to an hour for our food. Which we would understand if it was because they were busy, but they weren’t. The others in the restaurant receive there food and the employees were just standing around talking and sitting down. The worst part is they just had our food sitting up there on the bar and it wasn’t until we asked about the food that they brought it out the plates were hot, but the food was not. The majority of the family was military so you’d think we’d get a discount, but no we did not. 109.25 is how much my dad paid even though he did not eat and we advised him not to tip he still gave 20%. The reason we didn’t get the discount is because he paid for everyone else’s food, but said just take his off because he wasn’t going to eat. They told up we couldn’t get the discount because he took his food off and that we couldn’t get a discount on the whole bill anyway. Problem with that is they never said we couldn’t get the discount on the whole bill till he said take off his food. Even if we could only get a discount on a single persons meal we still had two other people at the table that were military. Then our waitress wasn’t even attentive to us we asked for waters and waited about 30min to come from another waitress who realized we still had not got them.We all fill very disrespected by this experience and really hope that something is done because that treatment was...
