I patronize and order from the Pizza Garden, one of the Hanover area's hidden gems quite often. It's a fantastic eat in or take out shoppe not far from the ""square" in New Oxford as you head east on the right, with ample parking behind. Whether it's the plethora of delicious hot and cold subs, freshly made sandwiches, one of the many dinner options, the variety of sides and appetizers, ice cold drinks, Strombolis, Calzones, or it's namesake...the amazing New York style thin crust pizza, with their big foldable slices, or the deep dish Sicilian style, they have an extensive array of toppings, always applied generously...And trust me, they don't skimp! One should not have uncooked onions or mushrooms plopped on top of one's pizza. Dinally, cold cut ham does not belong on a pizza, especially just plopped on top like it was crushed red pepper flakes. Cook it with the pizza pizano. Otherwise their plain slice is good. But be warned that you will not find a 'Grandma", 'Ciciliano', or 'Margarita' slice in...
