Read moreThe place is so clean and bright compared to other subways. I was greeted before I even got to the counter to order. They actually put “meat” on the sub and have no problem with customizing the sub for your liking. Staff was friendly. Been there during a lunch rush and dinner rush. If the wait is a little longer then normal they offer free cookies or a free drink. They acknowledge the frustration of waiting so they do what they can to make it right. When in today and the staff were very slow after waiting a very long time they noticed they left my sub I. The oven and didn't know who put it in including the girl who actually did put it in the oven forgot she did it herself. They said they will remake it for me but by that time my lunch break would be over in a couple minutes. So I had to leave there with no food and had to go back work hungry. I noticed another time the lett9ce was so withered it was see through and brow., I asked the server if they had fresh lettuce if not that's fine I'll get without. He walked off annoyed came back with fresh lettuce and said to me in with a rude attitude "is that better?" That was not OK to speak to a customer especially when I was nice about I was just asking. There are folks also not wearing anything to cover their hair. Some usd the hats on but if not wearing a hat you are to wear a hair net one of the ladies...
