First off, I’ve ordered Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a bagel with the TH “well done” or “crispy” many times at many places in NJ. THIS was the first place to really get it right! I may order double egg next time, though. Not sure if I just got a small-ish egg. One question I’m so used to hearing but didn’t this time - “salt, pepper, ketchup?” I’m assuming they have those options. I love that they had the French toast bagels sitting on the counter wrapped separately. I like the Egg Everything option as well. I didn’t see any Asiago bagels, or honey oat/multigrain. However, there was a large selection. All looked cooked well - not burnt. There were also “mini” bagels and “flagels.” The mini size reminded me of the bagged bagels you find in a grocery store. The store was very clean and bright. Nice for the middle of a strip mall. Limited indoor and outdoor seating. Restrooms. I love the jersey plates labeling the bagels and the coffee. The sandwich menu - extensive and creative! Wish it had been lunch time. I’ll be back to try a sandwich sometime. The coffee was self serve (which I love) and there were oat and almond milk options. Service was pleasant and quick. I plan to come back!

Rainbow bagel egg cheese sandwich: Tastes great, just burnt a little when asked to be toasted. The bagel and the ingredients are nice. Customer service could be improved, A few tips: ask customer if they want anything else before going to make the first thing they mentioned. Ask are you being helped? This allows one employee to complete both orders. Ask if customer wants ketchup, pepper, salt. I had to wait for my second sandwich after 3-4 customers. Label the sandwich with customer name, with a sharpie or a paper so it doesn’t go to another customer. That led to a bigger delay. Employees learn about observational awareness, see which employee took which customer. Coffee tastes pretty good and I like that there are nondairy options.

My husband and I stopped in for our first time. Jersey Joe’s was clean and decorated simply but effective. Love the jersey license plates for labeling the several different variety of bagels and coffee. We had ham and scrambled egg on a bagel. There is nothing like a big fresh bagel- the right amount of crisp on the outside and softness in the inside. Egg and ham were cooked perfectly! I met the owner, Joe, he is a down to earth guy and is excited to be in New Providence. Looking forward to going back and trying some other items on the menu!

I don’t typically leave reviews but after being yelled at by an employee I felt somewhat compelled. I have only been to this deli twice but on both occasions experienced poor customer service. I came in both times for lunch and having to take a zoom call while I ate. The first time was not very busy and after placing the order was asked if I would be eating there. I confirmed and let them know I planned to eat outside where there are tables and chairs setup. I was told to go take a seat and they would bring the food out once ready. After my 30 minute zoom call ended and I still had not received my food I went back inside. I was told they couldn’t find me even though I had told them exactly where I would be sitting and was clearly visible through the store front. Not a huge deal but definitely annoying. So I decided to go back today and after I placed the order it became quite busy. I decided to wait inside this time and once my food was ready a family had taken seats around the 3 small tables available outside. I really just needed to take the zoom call so rather than troubling them for one of the tables, I grabbed an extra chair and stool moving it away from the group by approximately 10 feet to give everyone some space. After my call I got up to leave with my laptop, 2 cell phones, a bottle of soda, and the bag with my sandwich all in hand. As I was walking towards my car in the parking lot an older man came after me. With an attitude, he asked if I had moved the chair. I was completely taken aback not sure why I was being questioned. I said excuse me and once again in a harsh tone asked if I had moved the chair. I don’t recall is what I told him as I was standing there with my hands completely full. Don’t worry I’ll take care of it he barked back. Unbelievable that someone who works in the service industry would give a customer a hard time like that. There are plenty of other delis that will appreciate my business more so I will certainly not...

Jersey Joe's Bagels is hands down one of the most amazing businesses I have ever come across. Not only do they serve the most delicious bagels in town, but their customer service is also incredibly sweet and attentive.

From the moment you step foot into their cozy shop, you're greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm for their craft. The staff at Jersey Joe's goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves with a happy belly and a satisfied smile.

The bagels themselves are nothing short of perfection. Each bite is a delightful explosion of flavors, from the perfectly chewy texture to the variety of delectable toppings and spreads they offer. Whether you're a fan of classic combinations or feeling adventurous, Jersey Joe's has something for everyone.

But what truly sets this business apart is their commitment to customer service. They genuinely care about their customers' experience and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels valued and appreciated. The staff takes the time to listen to your preferences, offer recommendations, and accommodate any special requests with a smile.

It's evident that Jersey Joe's Bagels has put heart and soul into creating a business that not only serves outstanding food but also creates a welcoming atmosphere. This level of dedication and passion is truly commendable.

If you haven't tried Jersey Joe's Bagels yet, I highly recommend paying them a visit. Your taste buds will thank you, and you'll undoubtedly leave with a newfound love for their bagels and exceptional customer service. Keep up the fantastic work,...
