I have never been motivated to write a review good or bad on Google (or Yelp) until tonight. This is my first review. Sorry to have to say this, but this was absolutely the worst food I've ever had. It arrived super late and cold. The teriyaki beef was tough and had no flavor... zero, none, zip, not even a pinch of teriyaki sauce. It was simply sliced beef in broth and utterly tasteless... even after 4 packets of soy sauce. Nothing remotely ethnic about this food. The tempura was old, charred and soggy... and smashed into a dish. The brown rice was horribly boiled. I don't live in this area - visiting - but I would not recommend this food to anyone for any reason, no matter how hungry. Perhaps it is because it's delivery, I don't know. I also didn't realize they automatically put on a 5 dollar tip and I gave the nice delivery person a 7 dollar tip - it was cold, didn't want him to wait providing change. I should have noted the temperature of the bag. Total waste of money and time. I'm having peanut butter and jelly instead. I waited until I was over my anger before...
Read moreUsually, everything is fine. We love their boneless spare ribs, but the past 3 online orders we have placed have given us the WRONG type. The first two times I let it go, but tonight we placed an order for the large version, at $16, and received a regular sized order of ribs w/bone. Sick of being ripped off the 3rd time, I call the place and was told that if I wanted them to fix it I would have to come and get it myself, that they would NOT re-deliver it. I am steaming angry. The THIRD time. Someone obviously doesnt know how to read that order correctly. From now on, just like the line a McDonalds, no one is getting paid til we check the order and make sure we actually got what we wanted. One time was a mistake, second time may have been..... but the 3rd time getting screwed? Paying $16 for what you see in the picture and then they refuse to make it right? Forget them. Read moreUsually, I always order from here as my back up Chinese place whenever Asian Blossom Bistro is closed and tip the driver but today I wasn’t able to. However the driver proceeded to pester me for a tip (after taking 50 minutes to get here, I only live 13 minutes away) and refused to hand me my food at first. After explaining I couldn’t tip, he said “next time no delivery, if you don’t tip” (as if the food was the greatest thing on earth… lol a joke in itself because it’s SUPER AVERAGE) luckily I was in a good mood and didn’t feel like arguing with a money hungry delivery man. After placing almost 40$ order, I will not be returning here as a customer especially after going through other reviews on the internet and realizing I’m not the only one with this experience. To be honest Asian Blossom Bistro is way fresher and has better etiquette. This place operates like they belong...
