Each of my three experiences into Braunschweiger Jewelers were lovely. I was greeted and helped by three different team members at the New Providence location and their friendliness and customer service are what will keep me coming back.

Caitlin was so patient in helping me pick out two beautiful, vintage gold chains. I was a tad overwhelmed with how much their was to choose from, but she narrowed it down a small selection to help me make the perfect decision.

Brian was as friendly as could be. He was very detailed in explaining the process of getting my two-toned wedding bands and engagement ring soldered. He made sure the setting was exact before taking photos to send to their soldering team, and had me double and triple check which I appreciated.

Kristy, I believe, (wearing masks makes it a tad hard to remember) knew my father-in-law from his time spent volunteering with the fire department. She shared a quirky story of when he would make his safety rounds to their store and sent warm well wishes to him. He has since retired from the NPFD, but still loves to "relive" his time there and hearing from Braunschweiger made his day :)

After living in New Providence for 31 years, my wife and I semi-retired to Florida. We were up visiting family for the holidays and my wife insisted on bringing two pieces of very sentimental jewelry to Braunschweiger because they are the only people she trusts.
