I have never had such a horrible experience in a fast food restaurant and that says a ton about this place. On the menu it stated the Hardee’s breakfast platter was $4. Me and my husband each ordered one. When I looked at the receipt it showed $4.69 each. I went up and talked to the teenage boy who worked there and he said their menu inside is wrong that it is actually $4.69. I said I get that but since the menu said $4 I should be charged $4. He called over to the manager who walked up yelling that her menu isn’t wrong and it’s $5.07 after tax. I said your menu is wrong. She said that she has to charge me the correct price. She was so rude about it so at this point it’s the principle and I want a refund. I told her she had to give me the price stated on the menu. She said that if I went through the drive thru I would have seen the correct price. I explained I dined it and at this point I want a refund and her supervisors number. She said that she is the supervisor and said that she wouldn’t give me any other number. Apparently their is no corporate number. She walked away and went to do other things and refused the refund. I again asked for my refund. She finally came over and said over 69 cents. Seriously. I informed her it’s 69 cents times two. She was so ridiculously rude her employees even apologized for her. One of her employees told her that she shouldn’t talk to customers like that and at one point when she was changing the price on the menu she was like “I’m so close to going off on this bitch”. Sarah is the evidently the general manager. She is the one I dealt with. When her employees are having to tell her that she is terrible to work for and that she makes the entire day miserable and that she is like this everyday, that’s really sad. Read moreI arrived at just before 930am and there was one car in front of me. It took 3-4 minutes before they pulled up from the speaker. I pulled up, after about a minute, a man said they would be with me in a minute. I said, "no problem." After waiting 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, I asked if they needed me to continue to waiting. I got no response. After another 1-2 minutes, I said, "hello?" Again, nothing. I then decided to pull up, and by that time, the one car in front of me was still waiting for their food. After about 1-2 minutes they receive their food and pull away. When I arrived at the window I hear a woman taking orders, two to be exact, all while waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I then hear her tell the third person pulling up to the speaker, that she'll be with them in a moment. I then see her walk out the door beside next to my car, show proceeds to her car to get a cigarette and walk back beside my car to continue smoking her cigarette before returning to her job taking orders. After minute, a man opens the window and rattled off an order that wasn't mine. I explained that I did not have the opportunity to place an order because I was not acknowledged when following up about my wait. The man stated he did acknowledge me. I was sitting in my car with my window down and my music very low, I would have heard him. He said, "well if you want to order food, you're going to have to pull back around behind all these people, they had to wait." I said, yes, behind me." He repeated himself, showing no sympathy for being rude or wasting my time. The store was not busy, as I mentioned one car in the drive through, and 3-4 cars in the parking lot. Read moreI stopped to speak to the manager about the terrible food I got the night before, that was cold & dead when I specifically asked for the food to be fresh due to my personal illness & need to take medicine & I can't take it with old food , it must be cooked freshly & hot . I also told them when ordering that I was not 🚫 in any hurry & I was the only customer in line. The Woman I was told to talk to was outside the door by the drive thru smoking a cigarette, she popped her head inside & asked me if I could wait for her to finish smoking 🚬 1st ‼️ I waited for a few minutes & she came to the counter & I explained my experience the night before, she told me she was the General manager & after I explained & described the employee who served me she said she could believe what I was saying, but she made no attempt to correct the problem. She never offered to replace my food or to offer a discount on something else, or anything. I told her the only reason I came was so that they could be aware that this happened, I've never had bad (cold) food from Hardee's ever at the many locations I've stopped at in 20 years. After this experience with this so called General manager I won't be back & she had a lot of nerve to ask me to wait for her to finish smoking 🚭 before coming & talking to me sighting that she had been working hard & hadn't had a break.
