I hate writing a bad review for a small business but there was really no redeeming qualities with the experience we had with breakfast this morning. We had tried going to Whits Inn once before because it seems like it’s always busy and we had heard good things. But it was a hot day last summer with no ac and smoking is allowed so it wasn’t comfortable and we left. Today I saw them on door dash and thought maybe that would be best since we didn’t care for the atmosphere but wanted to try the food. We got an order of Tim’s mistakes. I am Polish and we make Polish mistakes regularly and these just made me wish I had made them myself. There was hardly any cheese and the meat fell right off the rye bread which was under toasted. Not at all the gooey delicious mistakes I was hoping for. Also just a strange taste.. idk maybe leftover flavors on the skillet but it was off putting. My bf got the biscuits and gravy and he said the biscuits weren’t good and the gravy tasted old and was way over peppered. His potatoes looked awful, nauseating. He didn’t eat them. My eggs were ordered over medium and they were cooked solid all the way through. The bacon was also over cooked. I had specified my potatoes to be well done and they were. They were well done to the point they were black and I couldn’t even bite through it. Super disappointing because it’s hard to find a breakfast place that serves that style of potato. I can’t recommend going here for the food but I’m guessing for people who enjoy smoking and having a drink it’s nice to have a place that...

Well. Things have gone from great to.... well....hopefully temporarily recovering from Covid-19......The last few times in they kept saying for over four weeks the vendor didn't bring us that beer... Not a big deal..This is my concern. We show up at around 8:30. Menus are brought out almost before we get to the table. Rare to have this happen lately. We don't get waited on for another 20 minutes or so and we place our order.....Everything is okay at this point. Our food comes out at about 10 minutes after 9. Food is awsome.. Then the person who gave us the menu around 8:30 and isn't the same person that took our order 25 minutes later comes by the table and says " the kitchen closes at nine. You need to get here earlier if you're going to order from the kitchen". Well I usually try not to go anywhere if the kitchen closes within an hour but we were unaware that they closed at nine. Anyway we were there and had menus givin to us a half hour before the kitchen closed.. Didn't get to order until ten minutes before the kitchen closed... Food was still amazing. I really just hope this is a temporary problem. I really don't want to find another place to...
Read moreUPDATED REVIEW Since my last review, Whit"s Inn has undergone an AWESOME renovation. The patio is completely finished, the garage door is being put in to open the inside to the outside, and more bands are being booked. This past weekend, May 5th, Henry Lee Summers had a concert that packed the house. They also had a derby day and everyone dressed up in hats and their best Derby attire. They had a Derby race behind the building which was a sight to see!
Whether you're coming for a drink after work and enjoying the patio, coming for the great food (from tenderloins to 1 lb burgers or the ribeye, appetizers and MUCH MORE), enjoying some great drink specials both during the week and on band nights, coming for the Euchre tournament, or hanging out with friends and having a good time... This is the new place to be in the Franklin and Greenwood area. Just off of US 31 next to the Shell station in Whiteland... we hope to see you here at WHIT'S
Great music... Great food... Awesome staff... All around good time if you're looking for something to do! Bands every weekend ...And even during the week! ... Plus breakfast in...
