147 DELI AND GRILL — Restaurant in New York

I placed an order online, for three breakfast sandwiches, with 147 Deli and Grill on Sunday Sep 21, 2025. This delicatessen failed completely. The order was neither completed nor even in the process of completion when I arrived approximately 5 minutes or so after the time that I specified as my time of arrival. My order appears to have been ignored completely or was somehow never received by the staff that was on-duty at the delicatessen on that day. Furthermore, the staff on-duty that day knew barely sufficient English by which to communicate with me, so it was very difficult for me to be understood. And the radio that was on there was at a very loud volume, so it was a great distraction to my attempts to speak. The staff attempted to initiate the order as a new order, and wanted to charge me for it. I was thoroughly disgusted and told them to cancel this new "order", which I did not make, but only wanted the order that I submitted online, and departed. 147 Deli and Grill was a complete disappointment and I will not entrust them with another order, and would not hesitate to advise others against making any...

1Star. I was actually very surprised to not like this spot. Based on their “good reviews” and how the place looks I decided to order breakfast from here off of Uber eats yesterday. Me and my man ordered a BEC & BLT. All I have to say is I was disgusted. And my boyfriend was throwing up all day and night. Whatever meat was on that sandwich was not bacon. I have to say, the workers are kind & speak with respect. Rare to get in customer service these days, but all in all they have the best chopped cheese! Definitely my go to store.
