Bocce courts.
Fitness Equipment.
2 Handball Courts.
1 Level 4 accessible playground with transfer platforms and ground level play features for children.

6 Tennis courts (lessons offered).
Lots and lots of well built park benches.
Lots of open space.
In addition, this park has some lovely Greenway lamps that lights up the paths at night and many fireflies can be seen illuminating the environment which sets a good mood. If you're into bird watching, whether natural birds or iron ones, the park offers a chance to see a variety of migrating bird that often fill the trees of the park while they rest along the Atlantic flyway, and the aircrafts on approach to JFK airport fly very low over the entire length of the park which offers amazing plane spotting view that takes your breath away if you fancy that kind of stuff.
Overall a lovely park, so get out there, explore and stay...

Read moreAlthough it was a bit chilly this morning, the park was a lovely place to do some filming. I was not familiar with this park but glad I had the chance to work in it today. I saw many who took advantage of the bright skies as they jogged, walked, laughed, walk their dogs, or just shared some smiles with their friends.I am sure that the entire park is beautiful but I only got to sample a small area today. The trees are lovely to look at as one relaxes on one of the many benches placed in the park.
I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom area. The bathrooms need to be cleaned better and stocked better. They did have a "social distancing" sign which was a positive but I definitely recommend that it be cleaned more frequently. Now, more than ever we need to sanitize and protect one another as we all fight this horrible virus.
I don't have any pictures because I was on set but once the movie comes out I will edit my post. I bet you all can't wait. In the meantime, I have to go set back...
