Burger King — Restaurant in New York

In past this was an ok place. Gave it 5 stars. Recently thier diet coke has and awful taste of some other drink. Suspect Dr pepper. Makes undrinkable. Other BK's in area unaffected. Happened to stop in (rather than drive thru) and rotten taste is in the diet coke they serve from their other soda fountain. No idea what they are doing wrong. Also, my recent visit on side will be my last. Had a 25 minute stop waiting for bus connection and though lets go inside and grave a bite in an AC cooled building rather than wait by bus stop in 90F weather. No AC. Folk inside were dripping sweat. Paid for food ate as fast as possible and waited outside in less heat and humidity than in the resteraunt. If in area, just drive to the BK at junction of...

Seems like attitude is quite the problem with this location. I was there yesterday evening at the drive thru, the female made feel like I was inconveniencing her and was rushing to send me off even though i didn't give her any problems. Rushed so fast that she tried sending me off without my drink, I had to remind her that I didn't receive my drink yet. On top of that she told me that they dont do half n half for their fries & onion rings anymore, meanwhile I just got that the other day from a different Burger King. I don't think that was a company decision and was all due to her own decision. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there, for I did not give her any attitude or be any kind of nuisance to...

On Monday, September 29th, 2025, I decided to go get breakfast in person in order to save time and money. The manager couldnt seem to comprehend my order for 4 sandwiches. 2 double sausage egg and cheese, 1 ham egg and cheese and 1 bacon egg and cheese. Simple, right? Nope. Apparently i couldnt figure out their secret code to order. I explain 3 times and still she was saying I had to order something else. This is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I dont do that. Live and let live. Not this time. This was extremely infuriating and I was left completely dumbfounded.
