That was annoying.

Tried making an order for delivery. Lady picked up the phone said "herro" and when I tried to ask to place an order for delivery she said 'hold on.'

Ok. So I hold on. She kept picking the phone back up to say "herro" to just tell me to "hold on" this happened for 2 minutes. When that was finally over she asked for my address. When I tried giving her my address she interrupted me to tell me my phone number. Yes, correct. And the whole time I tried explaining to the lady that our bell is broken to please call us when the guy is here she kept screaming the word ADDRESS at me. Like, you literally INTERRUPTED ME in the middle of me telling you my address BC YOU ASKED FOR IT and now that I'm trying to explain something to you, instead of listening you're going to keep screaming the word at me. Then when I give up to tell you my address you're still screaming the word address at me.

The food is not that good to be dealing with allat....

I ordered a chicken with broccoli and what I received had nothing to do with what I asked for. The customer service was terrible — I was treated rudely, as if serving customers was a burden. The place looks dirty, with no hygiene standards at all, and it honestly makes you question whether it’s even safe to eat the food they serve. The entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I demand an immediate solution: either a full refund or the correct replacement...

Only ordered from here because my current Chinese spot was closed & we were really craving Chinese. The food did not compare at all, it felt like the food had no flavor what so ever. Which is surprising since it had such good ratings almost as good as the spot I usually buy from. (Their place was also a little more expensive) Only pros I can give is that their egg rolls weren't bad and food did come...
