El Tri Mexican-Delivery Only — Restaurant in New York

The owner offered us a free meal as a redo and it did not disappoint. The food was very flavorful and delicious. It was the opposite of 2 weeks ago. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and order from here again. Thank you again for letting us see what you really have to offer. ‐-------- Ordered food that finally was delivered 2 hours later despite being told it would arrive any moment after an hour. Noone answers the phone, you get a text and then radio silence. Food had no flavor, Greasy and was cold. Nachos had no cheese on them. Never had nachos without cheese. This was the worst food. Wanted this to be good but it was terrible. Ordered steak tacos and steak nachos and I get steak-ums for like a Philly cheese steak.
