Jan Cupcakes — Restaurant in New York

If i can give 0 stars i would. I placed an order on July 16. Thank the most high i did not pay with my debit card, i opted for the pay in cash option. The cake was supposed to be delivered today the day of my son's birthday at 9AM and never arrived. I tried calling the number repeatedly and it is disconnected. I never received an email stating the order was cancelled or could not be fulfilled. This business is janky and totally unprofessional. Now on the day of i have to search to find a birthday cake for my son. Avoid this place. Waste of time and a total disappointment.

*Being condescending in your response is funny especially when your business was in the wrong. If your website was down then it should have said that and i should not have been able to place an order online. Her prices are all listed on the website, so it was pretty easy and clear to understand. Her response time VIA email was prompt and she fulfilled my order to the T. Pick up was quick and smooth.
