i do not enjoy writing bad reviews. it's stressful and I'd rather just avoid somewhere altogether because mistakes happen, but for some reason i gave their laundry service too many chances. the first time i came here after moving in over 3 years ago, everything was great and i was impressed, excited to have found a place so close by that does wash/dry... but that was the only time it was even acceptable. ever since then (handful of times) it's been so bad it almost seems intentionally malicious. even asked them to use low heat and still ended up with heat-ruined clothes. synthetic materials are now warped, scratchy and covered in patches of hard melted fiber. all cotton is extremely shrunk...
i don't even know if OSHA would approve of the temperatures they run their dryers at if they're literally MELTING MY CLOTHES EVERY TIME
I'm only even writing this review because it blows my mind how/why this place has such a high rating for the (lack of) quality of work that can be expected
i had already decided to never go here again, especially after they messed up paperwork and i had to pay a second time to get my clothes back from them and only because my laundry bag was visible from the window and i had to argue with them enough to finally open the bag to identify the contents and prove it was mine....
i won't even go here to do my own laundry anymore because i don't want to support a business that destroys my property... but since the place recently had a bunch of major upgrades and new payment cards, i naĆÆvely assumed/hoped there was new management or new employees, but it appears the changes were purely cosmetic and now i have to budget for...

Even when I thought my clothes were missing one time, the team jumped right in to accommodate me. Thankfully I found my clothes. I notified them right away. One morning I dropped off my laundry, the lady charged me for my clothes not being seperated when it actually was. She was so kind to make a note to give me $5 credit. When I did return she remembered me right away and took care of me so fast! I donāt know your name but you know who you are! Thank you!! Today I dropped off my laundry to meet Nacolly, she was so pleasant, instantly attended to me with the coolest attitude. She assured me that my laundry would be ready today. Although I said I didnāt really need it same day she still gave me the option. I DEFINITELY had to shine a light on her and this location. In this world we live in today people often forget what the weight of a smile and kindness can do to change someoneās day. So Thank you for being so kind Nacolly, and thank you team for being so accommodating and on point with my laundry every time!

The workers are nonchalant, with music and headphones in their ears or not present because they are outside socializing or in the back. They have at least 7 extra tables for folding behind the large washing machines but use that area to store the extra carts in between them and wont allow people to use them to fold their clothes; so you have to stand and wait to fold your clothes, putting you in close proximity to others and wasting your time. There is no sign that says no refunds, however if you purchase a laundry bag that was placed in the WRONG packaging BY THEM, they wont give you your money back. They also allow people to leave their clothing in (3) machines unattended for over an hour (need I mind you theres only 6 machines of that kind) and refuse to remove them so that others can wash. The manager Anthony Gabriel is very rude and accommodating aswell. It's very expensive and no where near worth your time, money and energy. This was my first...
