Kam's Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

This buisness is robbing you blind! I ordered mixed veggies with chicken $8.50, brown rice .50, and stuff shrimp $2.50 and I asked how much. He said $13.00 and he hung up quickly. I called back to tell him the math was off. That the total should be $11.96 with the 4% tax. He said that the price of the stuff shrimp is now $3.00. I was alarmed as I know they just increased their prices a couple months ago as I have the new menu and the old one. He said they just increased their prices again! I pointed out that even with the .50 increase for the stuff shrimp, that still is not $13.00. He said he is now charging a delivery fee. I said your menu says anything over $10 is free delivery. He said now you have to order over $20! I canceled my order. No respect for the people of Cambria Heights. Stay away. If not, watch your wallet. The food is really not that great...

I am appalled with the food I received tonight!!! I have been eating from here about 35 years. They use to make the best wings and good was always very good. I moved away about 23 years ago and don't get the change to eat there any more not jump when I have the chance. I went there tonight and the wings had no flavor and smelled like they don't even use lemon! The fried wonton was the Most Disgusting thing I ever ate!! The meat was so tiny and dry inside. I swear that meat was from last year. The wonton/exterior was puzzling. I have no idea what they used to make this thing. I usually love them but I ate one, it was nasty and I tried a second and it was still nasty so I threw them out, lost $5. I don't know how these people are still in business but they need to be shut...

The delivery man is the boss, he has no patience and no customer service skills. He just honk his car horn in my quite neighborhood very loud, he did not ring my door bell at all. Then when you call he yells at you. He left and stated the he will not deliver my food. I called back the restaurant to help me fix the issue , they stated "if he said he wont deliver the food theres nothing we can do about it", that's ASHAMED!!! I hate the lack of respect that Chinese restaurant have for there customers. Their should be more respect for my hard earned money. I will not be ordering from this disrespectful...
