KFC — Restaurant in New York

Came here today around 550pm and order my usual famous bowl with no chicken. And instead of a cookie a biscuit. The woman on the speaker couldn’t really hear me so I tried to speak louder and she goes “why are you screaming” . Which I wasn’t. I said I’m just going to pull to the next window. I get to tha next window and I hear the woman in tha car behind me having an issue as well. So I tell the woman at the window that I think there may be an issue with her microphone or speaker . She just looks at me and doesn’t say anything. So I asked if I can order now or did she hear any of the order I said. She says a bowl no chicken. I reply yes and told her no cookie a biscuit instead. She tells me she can’t do that and I say alright fine. I explain that they always do it any other time but I’ll pay extra for the biscuit no problem . She walks off and comes back with another girl and she goes “ YOU SAID I DID WHAT?!” So at this point I’m confused and I’m like I didn’t say you did anything. After this I was completely turned off and didn’t want to eat there. Very rude and poor customer service. And apparently a broken microphone in the drive thru also. Will not be eating at this location anymore very...

The service here is absolutely appalling. This was my first time here and it will be my LAST. Shanique does not deserve a job at any establishment that requires an ounce of customer service. I really feel like this place does not deserve my money because of her. Normally, I don't even bother to write reviews about my experiences like this, but her attitude is terrible! While waiting for her to take my order she walked passed me and ignore me like I wasn't even there, it took the young man that was working with her to tell her that she should acknowledge that they have customers there. After I greeted her, I gave her my order and paid as she seemed extremely annoyed. Honestly, guys, this didn't bother me much it was after she handled the register. I watched her put together my food with her bare hands!! Not to mention I watched her use her unwashed hand to hold the top of the sauce bottle and to shake up the sauce before squirting the sauce all over my chicken I ordered. Bottom line she needs proper training, this neighborhood...

I want to say whoever this lady is very very rude. I was courteous, kind, polite to her in every way possible wasn’t rude or anything to her, so got my order, etc. I didn’t even get to check my order fully to make sure everything was in the bag but I got a text message from my mother I’m texting her back. She opens the windows like excuse me sir can you kinda move your car you can’t stand here you know could you just please move you know and mind you there was no car behind me, I kindly said to her I’m going to leave just give me a second. I just have to text back and I didn’t even get to check my order to see if everything was in there. No well you can’t stand here you just have to move you know this is not a spot for you to hang out you know for what all of that Hostility wasnt necessary. I will never ever deal with this again. Trust. And I was going to bring the food back. There’s only because my parents was hungry and they needed me to get food for them. Smh no respect at all.. try and do better KFC with...
