Love love love! Best new restaurant and bar on the island! Everything from when you walk in to when your are safely escorted to your car after! The food is top notch. I have had many of the dishes and they are all excellent. The service goes above and beyond. Membership concierge Jennifer and floor captain Maria expertly assists members, guest, and their own staff- which is not something you see regularly anymore. If Anna, Smiley, or Carlos are behind the bar, then you are in the right place! However, if you do dine, you will be happy to have Aris serving your table with kindness and professionalism. This may sound like a pretty corny review- BUT it’s the truth, La Malt Imperial Staff is what takes a good restaurant to a GREAT one. The food may come across as “pricey” but, that’s because it is worth it. Sometimes when a place has great food “ presentation” you sacrifice quality taste or larger portions etc but that is not the case with anything on the menu at Le Malt- just ask my husband, I think he’s tried everything so far! That was my restaurant review… now, let’s get to the review on having a Le Malt Membership, aside from the obvious that you can store all your own alcohol in your lockers! As a female business owner on Staten Island, I find that Le Malt is the perfect place to not only network but to also bring potential clients or vendors. TJ Pingitore is exceptional when it comes to coordinating and growing member business relationships in and out of the confines of the restaurant. He goes out of his way to facilitate new introductions between members, all without pressure to do business. He’s one of a kind- which you will be able to feel if you take a tour of La Malt and participate in a “first dining experience”. Additionally, I want to highlight the inclusiveness of women owned businesses. Le Malt is committed to the growth of its women owned business members and are currently forming a “Ladies of Le Malt” networking group that will provide a great work space for Staten Island Women in business to gather together, exchange ideas, promote growth and encourage camaraderie.

From the moment Le Malt Imperiale announced its grand opening in Staten Island, my anticipation could barely be contained. Having joined this exclusive dinner/social club with friends, I have now had the pleasure of dining here four times, with my latest visit being an unforgettable Valentine's Day experience.

The ambiance of Le Malt Imperiale is unparalleled; it's a breathtaking feast for the eyes that transports you the moment you step through the doors. The decor is a masterpiece of design, striking a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, creating an inviting yet upscale atmosphere that is truly like nothing you've ever seen.

As for the culinary journey, it's nothing short of exceptional. The wagyu skirt steak with truffled chorizo mac & cheese and the Norwegian salmon we chose for our Valentine's celebration were both impeccably prepared, with flavors that danced on the palate and left us wanting for nothing. Each dish was a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality and excellence.

But the crowning jewel of our dining experience was the complimentary dessert of fried cheesecake paired with vanilla gelato. It was, without exaggeration, a slice of heaven that perfectly capped off a wonderful meal.

The cocktail menu deserves its accolades as well; it's an impressive collection of unique blends and classic favorites, each prepared with a level of craftsmanship that complements the overall dining experience.

However, it's the staff at Le Malt Imperiale that truly makes every visit memorable. Jennifer, Maria, and Yleana, in particular, have been exceptional. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism not only enhance the dining experience but also embody the very essence of hospitality.

My wife and I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant in SI this past weekend, and we were blown away! While it's technically a members social club, they're super cool about letting anyone make reservations and check out their concept for a first time dining. Having checked out their Red Bank club with a member & their mexican restaurant in Metuchen, I was curious to see what this place had to offer. And let me tell you, we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and inviting they were – we got to dine, drink, and soak in the whole experience.

The hostess was super sweet and got us seated right away. And let me tell you about the food – those lamb empanadas were like little pockets of heaven! We couldn't resist trying some sushi too, and it was amazing!

My wife went for the lemon sole fish, while I devoured a juicy porterhouse steak, and we both agreed: mind-blowing. The chorizo mac & cheese and truffle corn sides were sooo good! And don't even get me started on the cocktails – they were on point! My wife's drink was a work of art, seriously.

After dinner, we got a personal tour from Jennifer, their membership director. She was awesome! Showed us around the whole club, including the swanky members-only dining & bar. And the live Jazz Band? Perfect touch!

Honestly, I'm seriously thinking about joining up with my friend. It's close to home, and I have even some clients in SI & Brooklyn. I can totally see myself hanging out here with friends, treating my clients & even taking my wife for another amazing night out. Definitely a top notch...
