I came here with my boyfriend on 7/10/25 for a quick evening bite after seeing some TikTok’s about this place and it being on my list of places to try for a while. We came in and were not even greeted by the waitress (blonde middle aged woman) meanwhile she was greeting other customers. My boyfriend approached her to order since she did not come to take our order like the people sitting beside us. Yes my boyfriend has an accent, but not the kind where it is incoherent. Every time he would state what he wanted she would rudely say “huh?” And “what??” Like she didn’t understand, nod her head in a patronizing way, and look him up and down like he is an alien or from another universe. She kept looking at me up and down as well. When my boyfriend ordered our drinks, she told him “to go get it” and pointed to the fridge while I watched her bring drinks for the table next to us. The awkward encounter continued til we finished eating. When my boyfriend was paying, I asked her where is the— when she didn’t even let me finish my sentence and said RED DOOR (referring to the bathroom). On our way out, she looked me up and down again. At this point I have felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I asked her “what is the matter?” And she said oh nothing, I thought you were looking for something. Like what could I possibly be looking for? I don’t know if she thought we were aliens, or that we didn’t speak English (meanwhile I teach English as a career and am a NYC native who is completely fluent), but this type of treatment to paying customers is absolutely unacceptable. Safe to say we won’t patronize this business again, but if this business only wants to cater to a specific group of people, they should put a sign on the door that says that instead of treating people this way. Absolutely disgusting. Oh and the food was MID at best, which makes this...

As a devoted pizza aficionado, I can confidently say that my recent visit to this pizzeria was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in Staten Island, this hidden gem surpassed all my expectations and left an indelible mark on my taste buds.
From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma of freshly baked dough filled the air, and I couldn't wait to indulge. The pizza here is unlike any other, with a dough so sublime that it transports you to pizza nirvana. It's the kind of dough that you only find in a handful of places across the USA and, of course, Italy.
But it's not just the dough that steals the show. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and expertly crafted. From the savory sauce to the generous toppings, every ingredient sings in harmony, creating a culinary masterpiece that will leave you craving more.
I must give a special shoutout to Freddie and his exceptional staff, who made my dining experience truly unforgettable. Their passion for pizza is palpable, and their dedication to excellence shines through in every slice.
In conclusion, if you're a pizza lover like myself, this pizzeria is an absolute must-visit. Whether you're a local or just passing through Staten Island, make sure to add this gem to your itinerary. Trust me, you...

I will start off by saying I understand you just opened ,but what you did to me is unacceptable.
I placed a delivery order at 4:21pm they told me 40 minutes. At 5:40pm still no delivery and I tried calling for 15 minutes and phones were off the hook.
I decided to take a ride there. It was a disaster. I spoke to someone asked if my order was ready and I would pick it up. They looked confused and he said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I ask again , she said 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I ask again they are looking at the receipt and looking in the oven. I finally said be honest is it even in the oven. They said no. I told them forget it and walked out.
You will NEVER get my business ,not becuase of the issue but becuase you lied to me 3 times instead of being honest knowing I was waiting since 4:20 and it was not 6:40
I will be sure to let everyone I speak woth that mentions they want to try Dough not to even bother.
Just remember with out good customer service you will have no customers no matter how good...
