If giving this place a -1 star was possible... I've never had a problem among the 10+ times I've eaten at this restaurant, until today. Once the bill had been given to me, I went up to the counter to pay it. The woman who had given me back my change didn't give me the full amount, she forgot $X. So I went back and told the woman that she didn't give me my full change. Instantly, she flips out on me. She lashes out by saying, "I'm going to check the cameras!" And I said, "Okay, go ahead." I waited at that counter for 10 minutes before another woman had given me my change back. She apologizes and says that she knows I hadn't done anything wrong. The OTHER woman, the one who had given me my unfulfilled change, did not even utter a single apology but rather, a nasty glare. I am never coming back here again. And assuming that the first woman was a manager (she wasn't wearing a waiter's uniform); she should've known better. If she had handled the situation better, I wouldn't be giving them a single star. The food is alright, you get what you pay for. I'm taking my hard-earned money...

Kiki is a neighborhood Japanese Fusion Restaurant up the block from our home. Have a craving for Sushi, Sashimi, something from their kitchen such as Teriyaki, a special entree Tempura noodles or whatever your tastebuds are requesting, Kiki will provide; If drinks are your fancy - go for it, beer, order the Sapporo imported from .... You will not be disappointed. Do not fancy Sushi? Order fresh fish, make an order for their beef teriyaki it’s tops. The owners are attentive to all of their customers as well as the staff, the waiters and waitresses; that being said , in this post Covid business environment (god willing) This restaurant will surely be among one that will pick up rather quickly. I truly miss walking to the cornèr and stopping in for a soda and a fine sit down dinner. I have faith that this establishment as well as many others in this community will come back stronger and better than ever. Keep the Faith. I know that I will. My best to all you “Eaters” out there! This is a Five star experience and a”must go” when in...

Where can I start. First time trying this place is kind of hidden spot but decided to give this place a shot since I was in the area and love Japanese cuisine The food was good recommend the garlic scallops was delicious I had steak teriyaki and my significant partner had sushi. Sushi was ok steak teriyaki wow was amazing I cant complain about the food. Just the service atmosphere It was empty and we had all the employees people just standing watching us as we were eating made us feel uncomfortable and staring talking in their language. If the restaurant is not busy find something to do instead of standing in front of customer when they are dining . Server came coming to the table asking if we wanted order beer to make tap higher cmon we order 2 appetizers 2 miso soups a wine and 2 entrees the whole vibe was uncomfortable. The food was good the...

I’ve read so no so flattering reviews about this place and ended up trying it anyway. This is now the third time. Two times take out once sitting in for full service. I can’t say I had the same problems as many. The staff were professional. The food has been good. They even have parking. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is I believe they could be a little cleaner. To be clear, the food prep areas were always clean. Again, I will going back again. I think this place is worth a try and I will update if I ever have an issue.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’m not from the area and decided to give this place a chance. Big mistake. I found multiple parasites on my sushi roll. The fact that they would serve this roll knowing there was parasites, shows how unethical these people are. I’m now on a round of deworming medicines. I’m looking to contact the board of health next.

The food here used to be great, but it has steadily declined over the past few months. Today was the last straw—I ordered a salmon roll, and the picture speaks for itself. It’s unbelievable that they would even charge for this. Absolutely unacceptable
