If I could give 0 stars I would ! I ordered chicken wings with fries and shrimp with fried rice. 1st red flag i asked did they charge for bbq sauce the man in the back looks at the women and shakes his head yes for her to tell me they do (at this point I know they were lying). Red flag #2 after my shimp order was done she put it away and didn't let me check the quality of the food the same man proceeds to walk over to her an whisper in her ear something. Red flag #3 my chicken and fries come out the fries are clearly over cooked and a nasty brown looking color as if the oil hasn't been filtered or changed in a while. I asked for a new batch of fries to go with my chicken all over a sudden they dont speak English and dont understand what im asking for. So after 5 minutes of trying to explain that the quality of my fries are bad and them acting like they dont understand anything im telling them (but understood me when I ordered) I left without the food. DON'T DO IT!!!! These people have NO respect for their customers. I've been ordering from them for about a year and a half now. We usually spend $30- $40 per/night. Tonight my husband and I ordered chinese food. A couple of dishes along with some chicken wings, but we asked that they not fry the chicken wings too hard. The other dishes delivered were ok, but the wings were overfried. They were so HARD, DARK and CRISPY, I called Mandarin House to let them know. I was very polite and patient when explaining. The girl who answered became so nasty, I couldn't believe it was the same person I originally ordered from. Was rude and disrespectful and I was in shock. To top it off we were ripped off quite a few times by their delivery guy. Taking the change without acknowledgement from me or my husband, but we never made trouble. So fair warning, these people just want your money. Any other store I ever had a problem with, ALWAYS tried to make amends and show appreciation for our patronage. I have been ordering food from this location for years with the Owners Jing and Johnny. The food is always fresh, hot, and the prices are always cheap. Jing and Johnny are always friendly and professional. If you want great chinese food, I would definitely suggest you order here because you wont be sorry. Now based off my experience, the typical orders I make are the shrimp toast, Singapore mei fun, bbq spare rib tips with young chow fried rice, fried/steam dumplings and shrimp rolls.
