I love this tj max, This has been my go to store for many years would give it 5 stars HOWEVER I do have one problem. The cashiers that push you into applying for a credit card lying saying that it’s a simple rewards card. I now have an inquiry on my credit report because a cashier did this to me today. I really don’t appreciate that. Don’t lie making it seem like a simple get points for shopping card and harass a costumer to let you apply for something on their behalf when all I want to do is pay for my things in peace. NOT feel pressured into giving you my id so you can run my credit without me at least being warned. This really angered me after I realized what she did I told her you didn’t tell me it was a credit card and she said nothing at all. I don’t like confrontation so I just paid for my things and left. But someone needs to do something about this because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one. I don’t know what motivates them to lie to a costumer like that. I really feel like I was deceived, lied to, disrespected and played with....

This is the worst TJ Maxx EVER ‼️ I Found a shirt that was beautiful and looked for another because it was missing the price tag. I went throughout the racks personally and then asked an employee for help. After a long while she said “it was part of a set and that the had to look throughout the whole store”which I did and so did the employee but as per the manager this is what had to be done because “they wanted to make sure the skirt was sold or not because they would obviously put the set back together or if the skirt couldn’t be found then they would sell the shirt on clearance”. I asked can I leave my name because I really wanted that top the cashier was rude about it and so was the manager after saying yes I could leave my name but they aren’t going to hold it and reluctantly took down my number. Obviously no one called na as the shirt was expensive and I bet someone had other...

I must admit, I am a sucker for a TJ Maxx store, so when I first came to S.I. I quickly located one near my home. My experience turned sour after having to use the restroom and noticing that it was locked. Not initially a problem, but every salesperson I asked to unlock it was deflecting the job to another sales person. "I'll get someone over with the key", was all I kept hearing. After a good fifteen minute wait, with two small children and a helluva lot of pleading, a manager finally came over and unlocked the door. I didn't know that bathroom doors in stores would be so in accessible. I've never been in a TJ Maxx that would not want their customers to take care of their bathroom needs while shopping! No I do not...
