McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Prior to walking in to this particular McDonald's, I peeped thru a window to see if the line was long as well as how many cashier's registers were open. There were 5 people total behind the cashier's counters, 3 people at 3 separate open registers, 2 others helping to hand out food prepared. I counted less than 3 people in each line so I decided to go in. I stood behind one customer and he and I were the only ones in our line. I waited over 10 mins after the cashier took the customer's order standing in front of me. I just walked off the line after I began to get so frustrated that the cashiers were busy looking at their phone, laughing, joking around and I was starving so I just decided to leave, hungry as I don't know,what!!! They were way too slow n I was tired of waiting for over 15 mins and my order hadn't bee, taken. Also, there's always someone trying to act as if they are a doorman asking for money because they chose to hold the door open for u. They try and make u feel obligated to give them money for sevices they themselves volunteered to do. I thought volunteers worked for free? Well,At least I worked for free and I did not receive compensation for volunteer services that I had provided...

Was very surprised today with everything at this McDonald's service..I was pleasantly satisfied with the start to the finish. The younglady at first thgt I was Hispanic sibshe attempted to communicate in her 1st language but soon realized I needed English to order from the digital menu which would not allow us to place a double fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. So she walked me over I say to the register didn't point it out but actually escorted me to another cashier Kudos to her. By the way she assisted all the customers even waking to tables asking if they were in need if condiments which she had in her apron. On my second visit if the day she was mopping the floor & opened the ladies room for me which was so clean. As I left she continued mopping the floor caring for the tables. Either she loves her job or you guys ended up with an employee that really cares in general & gives her best..Try to keep her 6/13 @ 1:33pm -Young Hispanic girl.. Maybe the receipt will help she was on the floor...

Horrible no one speaks English they want to pick and choose who they want to take orders they machines don’t work n will have 15 waiting for the one or two tht work . You try to ask a question they act like they don’t understand.. you have to get loud with them before they even want to help you or get the order correct .. then when you speake up for your self they will not call your order . Manger was there and wasn’t saying nothing on how the safe was treating the customers they holding up orders thts just sitting there .. and I have photos to show crazy part no telling what they did to the food . They need a new staff as well as an manger .. pick and choose then I had to say something with my order on the back n they keep passing it .. to turn around and didn’t even take the write order and now I’m leaving they taking people orders and mc donolds remember this day !!! Because if my kids get sick call suing because everyone knows how horrible...
