If you want good Puerto Rican food go to Mi Casita Lounge. The first time we went hubby got the steak white rice & red beans. The steak was tender and good but the beans were slamming. The next time hubby got the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce/tomato and onions with some kind of sauce between two long split plantains. He enjoyed it. I got the sliders that come with French fries and coleslaw. Coleslaw was good and French fries. The burger was ok; it comes with cheese, lettuce/tomato and onions but no onions were there. I asked for sauteed onions & the lady that took the order said that they come sauteed but after forgetting to add them when a lady brought them to me they were raw red onions. I had one of them with some French fries & coleslaw. The Shirley temple was not good because first it was flat then when it was done again it was a bit fuzzy but it tasted like it was club soda instead of gingerale or 7up. I got the oxtails with white rice & red beans to go and that was a tasty dish. If you like real Puerto Rican cuisine try Mi Casita; I think you will find whatever you order is delicious as long as it falls under Spanish food choices.

Excellent lounge bar away from hectic streets. Very nice. Affordable drinks and appetizers, beer bucket specials, Happy hours on Saturdays from 4 pm to 8 pm. Spanish salsa music. Bachata music, reggaeton and hip hop. No formal attire needed. Bouncers are there for security. Mature crowd. Small outside patio open in the summer.

It's a great place to relax with bucket of beer that is only $20 for imports and $15 for domestic beer

Horrible place. I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone. This place is a short walk from my home so I had to check it out. 1st the construction outside the place creates a horrid smell like sewer outside. Once you get pass that and sit at the bar. You wait forever to get a drink. No acknowledgement that you are even sitting at the bar with no drink. Finally get the attention of what seemed to be the manager. Asked how much is a neat shot of Hennessey. He replied 10$. I tell the waitress that I wanted 2 and ginger ale on the side. She charged me 25$. When i asked why. She replied the drinks were 11$ . Thats 22$ she charges me 3$ for fountain ginger ale that comes out of her squirt gun she mixes drinks with.????? Whaaatttt..... Never heard that one before. Disgusting. New customers can bring new revenue to the establishment. Not an inviting place and straight theives . Thanks...

It was a wonderful place that I enjoyed very much. The bartenders are nice and most people are older and enjoyable to be around which is why I loved it. But something bad happened because there is a door man now. I went in after work like I normally do and my friend who is Hispanic got checked first ,and he didn't really check him. When it came to me he checked me a bit more and asked me to put my work bag in the front. I immediately told him that I won't be spending money in the establishment and left. I just wanted to laugh and have a drink comfortably after a long week of work. I have not...
