Pizza Place — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been getting pizza from this place the past 6 years but the past 2-3 years idk what has happened. I use to brag that they had the “best pizza in the Bronx” but everything from the sauce and type of cheese they use to use has changed. Even after their prices skyrocketed I could justify getting food here because it used to be really really good. I’ve given this place chance after chance after chance hoping it would return to its former glory. Alas that they has not come, I am tired of receiving poor quality food. Long waiting times and cold/burnt food isn’t good for business and I will no longer be spending my money here. As you can see from the pictures this is just Unacceptable, imagined waiting an hour and a half just to receive-burnt/cold food, never again. R.I.P...

The pizza is great and I’ve been buying pizza here since I first laid eyes on the place since 2004… The reason I’m giving 1-Star is because of the chick that works there with the NASTY ATTITUDE. 7 out of 10 times when I order I always pay with card. Today I called and my order was refused because of my card payment. Then, the NASTY ATTITUDE CHICK that works there lied and call me a liar by saying they don’t accept cards and there’s no way I could have paid with a card. To make things worse she asked one of her co-worker IN SPANISH about taking card payments while saying something slick but little she knew I understood what she said. Terrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery and 50 minutes later I called to check on the status and the hardly speaking English rep stated that they didn’t have my order there and they was closing in 10 minutes. He didn’t know or care who I had spoken with to place the order and the owner and/or manager was not there to speak to. All he was concerned with was that they was closing in 10 minutes. I began the conversation asking if I was still able to place an order for delivery. Why agree, take my order, don’t call or show and be clueless when I call. NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS...
