Champion Bakery Inc — Restaurant in New York

UPDATED: 3/12/2019 - After taking a year break from this place I decided to give it another try. I should have walked back just based on the attitude of the employees. Mainly how they treat each other.

Wasted my money. Nothing has improved about the food. The meat loaf was dry and crusty and the carrot juice umm 😐 still not sure how to describe the taste. Cho!

3/18/2018 - Oh how things have changed. This used to be my favorite bakery. But lately it’s been a series of disappointments. From not having beef patties (with no estimate as to when they will be ready) to being rude (I really miss the old lady that used to be at the register)

I stopped in and ordered 2 coco bread. What I got was dry, cold and trashy. So disappointed 😢 that I toss it and went a block up to the other bakery their patties were decent. Every one has their own taste. So that’s debatable they do have a variety of products. Some of which are still good just don’t go there and expect a smile unless they...

Well some body has to say it and sorry it has to be me! My husband always raving bout champion patty from him live inna de Bronx!!! And I must admit when he finally bring it, it was good but not with out a major objection!!! Just yesterday (December 26) my husband bring home two beef patty again from champion-- while he was in the Bronx visiting his mother...and the objection was even more obvious. Objection: the patty appears larger than the average patty but there is absolutly no beef/meat in the patty. I mean de patty was flater than pancakes... we even cut them open to look inside the patty ... and there was literally no meat in it...just a little brown beef residue at the corners. Come on champion fi we $2 you need to do a whole lot better...and stop rip-off people!!! This is not just a one time incident it is your usual norm...shape up champion and stop try fi get ova pon people!!! Nah tarnish...

Was there last night. Asked the woman behind the counter twice if they had potato pudding. The third time it was the guy behind the counter who answered me. She didn't even bother to look or answer and I know she heard me because I was looking directly at her while she gave me my change.

Disgusting and shameful behavior for someone at the front line of a business. I don't care if you're tired or hungry or whatever. You're paid to provide service. I can get grumpy for free and I don't need it when I'm spending money.

Your products may be popular but they're definitely not as good as they used to be so, at the very least, you should be pleasant to the people spending their money. You guys...
