Went to dinner with a group of 7. Started off with baked clams, mozzarella carrozza and fried calamari and all were great and fresh! We all got either pasta or chicken entrees and were very happy. Serving size is nice and filling , worth the price. Food comes out perfectly timed for a dinner where people love to catch up and enjoy eachother’s company , not a rushed meal. We ended dinner with a dessert plate that was delicious. It was my first time and I loved everything. Staff is attentive and go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I placed an order for baked clams and pasta. Fagoli soup. It was disgusting. They had all the leftover little pastas that they threw in and they use canned tomato soup. What a complete rip off the big clams were ice cold. I would never order from this place again. And then once entering the restaurant, they saw me and they didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes. I had to wait there and they were not even busy. I don’t understand how people run businesses out here.

The food and atmosphere at this place was fantastic. The salmon was a nice size piece and cooked to prefection, the dish included spinach and potatoes. The cavatelli and sausage with garlic and oil was good. Enjoyed a nice pinot noir wine with dinner. Menu is reasonably priced, definitely recommend.

I usually don't write reviews but after 3 different bad experiences at this establishment i think its time .

Every time i order for delivery it shows up incorrect or cold.

One time they charged my debit card for my order and someone else's order . It cost me 22$ plus another 80$ for a few slices of pizza . I called back and asked for a manager . They issued a refund for the 80$ but the issue held up the money for 2 weeks before i actually got it back .

Another time i ordered 2 italian ices and a few slices of pizza . The delivery guy brings me the wrong order. He then explains to me that my order was delivered to someone else's house and he wanted to pick up the order he gave me and give me the order he gave them . By the time i got the order the ice's melted and the box was all beat up . I Received no refund and when i asked for a simple replacement of my ice's they sent me 1 slice of pizza instead . I was so furious i stopped ordering from them .

A year or 2 go by and i say hey let me give them one more shot . I order a few slices of pizza and a order of garlic knots . It shows up 1 hour later ice cold with no marinara sauce for the knots 🤦

I called in and the girl on the phone told me " we don't do marinara sauce with garlic knots" "we don't sell that together here " Then a guy gets on the phone and offered to replace the order . That was a nice offer but i refused it .

The service sucks with delivery And the orders alway get screwed up some how .

Good luck ordering from this place...

Haven't been here in a while. If the ac was working properly it would have been better, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kyle, our waiter was attentive. Bread basket and water put on the table while you peruse the menu. Quite a good quantity of meal options. Ordered baked clams. Small but yummy. Chicken Capricciosa in the chicken section, is tender chicken breast smothered in salad, Chicken Sorrentino, again tender chicken topped w a little eggplant in a brown sauce. I swapped out the veggie/pot for my rare pasta fix. Pasta in garlic and oil and Meatball dinner over pasta, comes with a salad. A Meatball Dinner should have more than 2 meatballs. As a side 2 meatballs is $6.75. The dinner is $15.95. The additional $9.25 is weak salad and pasta. So may get inventive next time we have a meatball craving. The reason we hadn't been here in awhile is their red sauce is good but on the sweet side. I look forward...

Went theretoday for pizza and was extremely disappointed I take my granddaughter there every week for lunch.. They have minimized the area where you can stay for pizza by removing some of the seating they used to have. The other area has white tablecloths and place settings on it as if they were getting ready to serve dinner but if they researched anything about this place before taking it over they would know that noon or 1230 is not a dinner crowd in Rockaway. There was no regular tables left for pizza and when I asked the waitress she said if I sat on the other side I would have to allow service so I took the pizza out and it was horrible.. Pizza d'amore is going to blow them out...
