Great facility , on that you can't complain beautiful great courts, bathrooms , etc In my opinion they need lot improvement in their kids program , I don't see being the best as many say , I don't see a consistence in the coaches , they change often ( like ny hard to keep people) the main coach have no interaction with the parents , if it's up to them it's one first time thing when you sign up , after that , has no interaction , how your child could improve our questions is we like it , since we as parent stay in the facility watching for two hours every week their training . Talking about training I'm not a tennis player but I don't see any type o system for learning I'm not talking about a private lessons . I see they put our children on the court and play. As well children change constantly I guess could be make up classes , but I don't see as good away it happens to often . I have spent so much money over the years at Sportime. Set up a $220 private lesson yesterday for a child who woke up this morning with COVID. Andrew, the manager who I spoke to on the phone, refused to credit the lesson. He could not care less about spreading COVID. Just wants to take my $ instead of issuing credit for future lesson. I guess he likes having sick kids running around the club.

When pushed, he told me to get a letter from a physician and submit which I have done. I can understand charging for cancelled lessons but not making the one off exception for illness (COVID no less) is errant on their part. It's the ethos at Sportime that turns me off. It is an uncaring $ making machine that doesn't care...

Like others have written, Madeline is an outstanding tennis coach. Over the past year and a half, Madeline has been able to help my tennis improve so much. She is always engaged, positive and constructive both on and off the court. Whether it is in group clinic or a private lesson, I have never left the court without additional insight on how to become better. Every coach at Sportime has been professional and knowledgeable, and I am grateful to be getting the professional's advice and feedback to improve.
