UPS please buy out Fedex and train the lazy and rude employees.
I came in to pick up a package since their delivery drivers don't know how to deliver packages to apartments. Somehow UPS, USPS, Amazon Restaurants, and every other shipping company knows how to deliver packages to apartments. But Fedex does not. So I had to commute to the Fedex Shipping Center. Upon arriving, the lady asked for my ID then said I could sit down even though no one was in line before or after me. I said I was fine standing. She said I can sit down because she's going to go to the back and get everything at once. I said, it's okay, I'll just wait. I stepped out of the line to the side of the counter and stood there waiting. She used her computer for five minutes until two other people entered the office to also pick up a package since Fedex drivers don't know how to deliver. She told them they could sit down and they did. Then another lady came inside and she was shipping a package. The employee helped this lady for another five minutes then started using her computer again. Five minutes later, she went into the back. Meanwhile, another employee was scanning packages that had been dropped at the next register... I don't know why she couldn't figure out that helping the people inside the building first would make the most sense. Then the fire alarm went off right behind the security guard. I looked over towards the panel behind his head, but he was busy looking at pictures on his phone. He just let the beeping continue. The other employee who was scanning packages then walked into the back. Now it was me standing near the counter, two people sitting down using their phones, and the security guard using his phone. For 20 minutes we waited there with the beeping. No employees at the desks. Meanwhile, three people had walked in and were waiting in line. I imagined the employees interpreting "getting the package" as time for a break. Maybe there was stale coffee for the employees to take pit stops at and have a laugh at Fedex customers or something. Finally, she returned with three small packages, proceeded to help the people who had shown up after us, then finally called my name. I walked out as quickly as I could and will never order anything from anyone who ships with...
Read moreThis has been the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life with FEDEX. This was my first dealings with this particular facility and they SUCK!!!
The address was wrong on the shipping label by one number and they wouldn't let me change it because I would have to pay for each package to change the address!! However, if I had the shipping company call and correct the address then they would change the address. So I then had the shipping company call and correct the address and FEDEX still delivered the packages to the wrong address. Then, having to do the leg work myself of trying to locate the packages and having whoever they delivered the package to state that they never received said packages.
So I called the shipping company and they resent my order, of course, without fixing the damn shipping address after reminding them to do so. Therefore, going through the above same issue all over again; however, this time we called Saturday to have the packages held at FEDEX location and we would pick them up on Monday. I went on Monday and FEDEX stated that the packages were on the truck to be delivered and that this would be there first attempt at delivering. (whoever, we spoke to never wrote any notes stating that we wanted the packages held.) I then let them know that no one was home and when the driver returned with the packages could the packages be held here and I would pick them up!!! "Yes", she said, "of Course."
Let's keep in mind that the location of this particular FEDEX is behind all the industrial buildings and it is hard to locate.
I called today to see if the packages were held and they tell me that the packages were ALL sent back to the shipper because they supposedly tried delivering the packages 4 times!!! (TO WHO???)
THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS AS THEY WERE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever! Disrespectful staff having no respect for customers. Wanted to check my package , already have given my I.D. This employee wanted me to sign before opening package, I informed him that he has my I.D. And I won’t sign until I check my iteams due to it coming from NJ, straight to the Bx and not directly to my home for which I paid for. This animal goes to snatch the package that I paid for right out of my hands! ( Average height Mid-weight, mid age old man with glasses and his hair thinning) I than grabbed my purchase right back from him in shock , that this man will come over the counter as if I never paid for what I’m paying for ;them to deliver which they never did to my door , even after the fact that I showed him my I.D. Right after he throws my I.D. On the floor. Disrespectful! I have never been so disrespected and FedEx really needs to hire the right people because they definitely are not having the right people running their business. From the moment I spoke to the customer service rep down to the facility it self in the bronx on 132st. This place has no class or the education to run a proper business. Their was a line literally past the door. The manager and everyone was in the back and when asked at 7:30-8pm the delivery guy stated everyone is on lunch. With all these paying customers waiting not even the manager Kelly stepped out to run her store until everyone on line started complaining. Ups, DHL, and NYpostal will continue to get my services and I will also inform Movado to never affiliate with this company since they can not treat their cilents properly. 0 stars . Only had to put one cause I couldn’t submit my review. Shouldn’t be open your better off having machines...
