I don't know about all these people leaving negative reviews, but I love this Chinese spot. I order delivery from them frequently enough. They always remember who I am and my address as soon as they pick up the phone.
The delivery guy is a sweet heart and the woman I always speak to on the phone for my order is also lovely. And I ALWAYS tip $3 or $4.
I'm not sure if it's how the customers APPROACH, that they get a possible attitude out of the woman at the counter, but I promise you; the more you present yourself to someone with a positive attitude, manners, pleases and thank you's, the more you get the same in return. Even if the person seems grumpy off rip, still try to give off a smile and empathize with how tired they might be.
