The Spot Caribbean cuisine — Restaurant in New York

After searching for the closest most authentic Jamaican cuisine, I went for a taste test to this hidden gem, "The Spot Caribbean cuisine", which by the way was not the closest. I was not disappointed, The rice and peas, curry goat, stew and fried chicken, WOW!!!, the fried fish. I ordered all food for my mom repast. The kitchen is clean and yes I view it. The prices for the food very affordable. I had to shake the Chef hands and the courtesy of the owner Patrick was most welcoming. I highly recommend this little hidden gem, my favorite is the fried chicken and curry goat. Although a little distance from my home, I will definitely be ordering whenever I didn't feel...

Omg I can't believe how good the food is. I was just passing by and decided to give them a try. Didn't disappoint at all. My husband had the oxtail and my daughter had the jerk chicken and I had the curried goat so I was able to get a sample from their plates. Everything was tasty....I will be back....

I came in today and had the rice and peas. It was delicious! I also had the oxtail. The meat was so tender and juicy. The owner was so kind and checked in on us frequently. Good food. Good...
