The cumulative issues while dining here warrants less then 1 star. It began at the door, no hostess for over 5 minutes. Secondly, the menu didn't reflect what was available for lunch. Wait staff hyped the roast beef and then went to check of there was any... guess what - they were out. Ordered the only sandwich they had left and the soup of the day, which we were told was Squash. After 20 minutes of waiting for the soup we asked and were told by a different server, it was being heated up. Our 1st server returned to tell us the soup of the day now was green, and it was parsley and celery and with a shrug of her shoulders said, "I don't know what else." This soup arrived and was unnaturally green and wasn't inedible but it also wasn't good. My dining partner sent it back. I should have followed her lead. While all of this was taking place we had 2 other servers asked if we wanted more water, to which we said yes and none came. So on the 4th server we were asked if we would like a tea or coffee, we ordered and as if it were a Christmas miracle he delivered! If you like green tongue and dehydration this is your place! We left hungry, disappointed, and looking for a place to have lunch. We ended up at Bill's Bar & Burger and finally found food...

I hate to leave a bad review, but the service I received tonight was really awful and I feel like the management needs to be made aware. We literally only ordered 2 drinks and fries, and it took over 40 minutes for our fries to come out. Our water was never refilled until we had to ask after our fries finally came. We asked where the fries were multiple times, and both our server and the other lady working acted like we were in their way the entire time. The hostess, however, was very kind and apologetic but it was obviously not her job to get us our food. Our server went on break 20 minutes after we got there, and didn’t say anything to us/ check on us when she left. The other lady who I guess was in charge of our table acted like we were totally in her way when I asked for ketchup for my fries as well. I do not recommend...

Walked in at 7:15pm on a Thursday and greeted by the Restaurant manager who was seated and working at the bar with his laptop. First words out of his mouth was “we are only serving wine and beer at this time.”okay? We assumed the kitchen wasn’t yet opened but soon found out they were closing early because of a slower night. We get one drink and are told it was last call when three other parties were inside. As we were waiting for our check 4 other parties were told they were now closed (it was 8pm). Overheard this managers phone call with a friend where he was complaining about it being slow and only tourists. It was the week before Xmas and your restaurant is in Rockefeller, who do you think will be there? Should have read the reviews before stopping in. Will...

I was walking by Rockefeller plaza when I saw the cutest little cart with fresh home made lemonade and I had to stop to get it!!* Then I found out that they had a shop down at The Rink and guys just two things: THE COFFEES AND THE PASTRIES AHHH! I got the vanilla latte and a classic croissant and ohhh it was delicious! The attention is great, it was busy when I enter but the lovely people behind the counter kept asking if I was already helped and the food was delicious so was totally worth the wait. Can’t wait to dine in and get tipsy in the bar that they have! + the environment surrounded the tables looked lovely for a small talk date or meeting! A must stop if you are around ✹ *cart is a thing for the Summer and I’m LIVING for it!

All of the food was delicious. I got the cavatelli while another got the turkey schnitzel and they were a perfect combo together. I also tried the wagyu burger and fries my family members got and everything was perfect, I have zero complaints about the food. The worst part about the ordeal was the wait time, to which we waiting about 45 minutes for our food. I can’t blame the cooks if they’re handling a lot but perhaps the restaurant should look to avoid customers waiting at their table without food for nearly a hour by hiring another cook.

This was a nice experience with a unique setting. It had a separate dining experience whilst still being an in and out cafe. One of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service, they realized that the food wasn’t as appetizing to one of us and immediately asked if we’d like a replacement. On the food though, the sandwich was more than delicious. The only thing that was a little off was the hot chocolate. It tasted pretty dry but I appreciated the design. Overall a great experience
