Lately every time I visit this restaurant, the service only gets worse and worse. My last experience was unacceptable. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour for my food, but the cashier girl was very disrespectful. I placed an order, and waited a long time only to receive cold burgers and dirty (yes dirty) fries. I addressed the fries issue and the female employee explained that it's because of the oil and made it seem like I didn't have a choice in the matter but to accept it. I asked how long will it take to make new fries and was told it will take 10 minutes. I then requested to have my entire order replaced because by the time I get fresh sanitary fries, my burgers that initially went cold from waiting a long time which was already replaced, will once again need replacing due to the long wait for the fries. I waited much longer than 10 minutes and when I approached the counter to pick up my replaced meal, I was informed that IT was not ready yet. I requested a refund and the female employee's attitude suddenly changed. She began talking to me with a nasty attitude like I did something wrong. Another employee immediately rushed to let me know that all he had to do was pack the new fries and my order will be ready. So I allowed him to pack the fries and I finally received my order after waiting almost an hour. The sad part is that this restaurant was not even crowded. The employees are constantly fraternizing with each other and it delays the customer's orders. There was one customer on my last visit where the employees were fraternizing with her. Actions such as this slows down production tremendously. The service I received was completely unacceptable. No customer should have to wait an extremely long time at a fast food restaurant. I was better off at a diner. At least I would have received my food faster compared to how long it took to receive my food from here. I will not be visiting this restaurant anymore and I DO NOT recommend other customers visit this location due to the lack of service and respect...
Read moreDisappointed at the service at this Spingfield Blvd White Castle.They were rambling over my order without gloves taking sandwiches out the bag and swapping them as if they were the wrong sandwiches. They were not organized.They need to be trained on how to prepare the order like McDonald's they have a system..first get the drinks etc..if they have to tell the order out like they do in a kitchen do so. No one seemed to be in charge as far a getting the orders out in a timely fashion. They didnt know how to read my order from from the app. They gave me a sandwich I didn't order and didn't give me the condiments I ordered as my food looked very sloppy..just very disappointed as I love White Castles and I've personally been going to this particular one since a child with my grandmother. Another time I went they waited till I got to the register through the drive-thru to tell me there wasn't enough sweet tea for the gallon I ordered and already paid for as the asked me to substitute for a small cup of drink of my choice, which wasn't enough to fill that gallon...smh...there just not organized ...redo the training there ...and there not welcoming I love a smile with my meal.and please hold I'll be right with...thank you come again..the attitude shows in the service and food ...do I need to come and supervise these worker on great customer service and organization...
Read moreIt took 35 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead for 4 chicken sandwiches and a sack of fries. When I questioned at the window and all I said was 35 minutes…really? She closed the door and walked away. I was”handled” by another associate with how much I owed. When I questioned why she dismissed me he said “ she doesn’t want to argue with you”. I responded “ I don’t want to argue with her either” . No one wanted to explain what happened. Then a third associate took over and decided I was the problem because they felt I didn’t want to hear her explanation. She said ok and good night with a tone that suggested that she was done with the situation. All I wanted as to know was why did 2 cars take so long and with the in dining not so busy.
