THIS PLACE DESERVES A 10 or higher!!I must say, There ISNT ENOUGH reviews here to really give this place, food and staff enough credit!( i got to call my order in and not wait long and my food was fresh and hot) This is the BEST HALAL FOOD I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! Ive had falafels before some where else and man were they so nasty, but the FALAFELS HERE, OMG!!!!!!! I COULD EAT THEM ALL DAY LONG SERIOUSLY! I ordered lamb over rice, chicken over rice,falafel over rice, onion rings, a cheese burger, chicken nuggets and fries, Sides of pita bread and white sauce and my whole family LOVED IT, I LOVED my falafels so much i ordered a second time right after i ate my first batch LOL for the next day, I TELL YOU the food is AMAZING HERE...ladies you know while pregnant, we def are HONEST WITH OUR FOOD!! and THIS HIT THE SPOT, im super satisfied and all i can say is, just try it yourself and you'd be n love with it too! NOT TO MENTION ALL THE STAFF was SUPER NICE, TOOK GREAT care of me and my food, THE PLACE WAS SUPER CLEAN and the FOOD was FRESH and i LOVED THAT! STAFF I MET AND MADE ME MY PERFECT FOOD AND EXPERIENCE are YONUS-TONY-and YOSUF thank YOU GUYS SEE YOU...

This is my very last time getting food from them!!It’s nothing new that they are not nice to customers. After being hungry all day I decided to order from my favourite place. I ordered bogo deal and called them to request “Sauce on the side for 1box” since I’ll be eating later. And I precisely added name of the sauces in order. But idk who i was talking with, they had to call manager for this minor request (most probably they didn’t understand) which I can’t even put in description. Then I had talk and it was fine But oh man! It took 1hr 40mins to reach, idk who’s fault, Uber or Them! Then you look into bag, SURPRISE! You don’t have nothing in the bag Except BBQ sauce and pickle. Which I’ve never asked for! Then I called to ask what’s going on. Them telling me to complain to uber. What the guy would do with dragon and white sauce?? And how those came in bag, where y’all don’t even give a single extra sauce in store?! They explaining me the sauces which should be on top of rice is also taken by Uber driver. RIDICULOUS!

PS: Their all store worker are literally rudest I’ve seen, myself being a hospitality worker, you don’t give customer service like...

I came in and it seemed as though the cashier may have been new; because he didn’t quite know how to take orders. That was not the issue. When it came to me ordering, he asked what would I like, then left. Just left. Forgot that he was frying someone else’s order and turned away. I waited for about 3 mins til he came back. I gave in my order and handed over my money to the cashier. He wore gloves because he was cooking as well but begin to handle my money with the same gloves that he was cooking and making food with. IT DOESN'T END THERE! He then drops the money and PICKS IT UP OFF THE FLOOR!!! Never changed his gloves at all! I wait for my food that someone else was making because he definitely wasn’t touching anything for me. My fault was not checking the food for myself because now, I’m annoyed. another guy puts my two orders together, which I didn’t ask for. I get home, to find that the food was burnt. I will not be returning and I hope that management actually looks at this review for change in his/her establishment. This visit was disgusting and a total waste...
