I love this shop. Best bagels in town, I only wish they were downtown. Worth the extra couple of miles to come here though. Prices are fair, service is always friendly and fast, and usually generous with the toppings on the breakfast and lunch sandwiches, although occasionally a new employee may go a bit light on cream cheese lol. Their baked goods are outstanding as well and always a tough choice of which to get! While they do have a wide variety of coffee to choose from, I only get their delicious Sumatra Dark Roast. Bagels are very good, and the reason im not giving less stars. But the breakfast sandwich, definitely not a place to go for a good breakfast sandwich. I wouldn't have ordered one had I known they serve microwaved egg and precooked microwaved bacon, and i seriously mean microwave cooked eggs, not reheated in microwave. The egg was thick, airy, and blown out with thay greenish color in the middle you get when you cook a raw egg on high in the microwave. But lately less toasted. Asking for double toasted usually results in burned onion bagel. Next time I'll remember to ask for 1.5 time toasted ;-). Who knows what they'll make of that.

They could literally cut the price of a bagel with cream cheese by fifty cents if they put just a sane amount on - dare I say "a schmeer"?

I scraped 50 grams of cream cheese off and still had plenty. That stuff is between $0.005 and $0.015 per gram.
