Food is great, reasonably priced, and an accurate representation of Ecuadorian delicacies. Unfortunately many times that I have placed an order for pickup and arrived based on the timeframe they gave me over the phone, I have had to wait an extra 20 minutes or more. While I do understand a lot of these plates take long to prepare, I would rather be told beforehand that my order will be ready in an hour since there is no parking outside the restaurant. Horrible service! We waited for almost a hour for our food. When we asked when it would come out the response from a cook in the back was that it could take another hour. Not once did she apologize for the wait. She said they were taking orders from the phone and it would take long. However, we saw people getting their food before our table and they had arrived after us.
