Ecuacolombia — Restaurant in Newark

Yesterday in the pouring cold rain I decided to go to this restaurant. I was a bad idea. Not only did the not accommodate in having and English menu but no one spoke English and another customer had to step in to help. I don't mind that no one spoke English this can happen but my order ended up being WRONG and it was difficult to even correct it because they didn't have any service staff that could even help. So they change my order and it still ended up wrong but that time the other order was made and the old one correct it was cold. It also was not very appetizing by the time I got home. They were polite but this shouldn't happen. The menu could have a least had photo's to help but I believe this is actually against local ordinance or law to not have the menu in English I could be wrong but I thought prices and language are supposed to be clearly printed. Anyway I guess we should take it up with the Mayor health dept or whomever grades and inspects...

I had many problems with this place and I have tried to give them several chances but they keep disappointing me. 1- they give me the wrong order 3- their customer service is HORRIBLE 2- hair was in my food which is gross! The girls had the audacity to tell me it was my hair?! Why would I intentionally put hair in my food when I’m hungry and I haven’t even touched the food? They refused to give back my money for something I didn’t even eat! Would not recommended eating here. I really hope the sanitation department...

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was poor, particularly if you're not a regular customer. I had to wait a long time to place my order, as they prioritized those who arrived after me simply because they were known to the staff. Unfortunately, many items I wanted to try were unavailable.
