The experience I had at this location was horrible. The women In charge, Flor, made it very uneasy for me as a parent to express my concerns. They always had a new teacher every time I turned around which made it difficult for my child to adjust. My child also would have diaper rashes and marks on his body with no explanation.NOT ALWAYS was there a incident report done, unless I ASKED it to be documented. Which is a red flag. Flor asked for me to tip her staff which I felt was unprofessional & another red flag. No one ever took accountability whenever a mark or rash appeared. I've witnessed teachers putting a pillow on the children's faces and rocking the baby seat hard for them to stop crying or to fall asleep, I've also witnessed a teacher telling a toddler to shut up. They will seem very friendly in the beginning but I'm telling you it's a bit scary in there. My child would come home with other kids clothing, or they'd misplace his clothing(I supplied extra everything so there was no reason other clothing on my child at all) Supposedly there's no cameras in the classrooms either so good luck if something happens. Please observe and go with ur gut when placing ur child here the very moment something goes wrong. Oh they would also have family members in there with no certification or training helping them out which is another red flag because these are outsiders with no experience. It's just a lot of red flags with this location. I have proof of EVERYTHING I'm stating. I kept paper trails, texts and photos. Please be careful. Don't let them...

Don't be fooled. A lot of these reviews are from the staff !!!!!!!!!! This place is not safe. My daughter is now terrified because of the experience here. Stay away from this facility. They do not sanitize, the teachers in the front always seem loss and confused. Do not leave your kids here for the convenience as I'm positive most would. It's not worth it. My daughter was sick all the time on top of me seeing for myself dirty items, crumbs/food on the floor, and it being over crowded in the small classroom. My daughter has been with Ms. Nija since she was 1.5. I was so nervous for her to be in someone else’s care other than family. Ms. Nija welcomed us with open arms. The love, communication & support has always been there. Ms. Nija ensures the children are learning new things daily and the classroom is always designed so nicely. The center is clean, organized, and welcoming. All of the other staff Ms. Holli, Ms. Roxy, Ms. Wendy, & Ms. Nay are all amazing as well. Truly glad I trusted them to care...
