Fee things wrong with this DD

1. the employees are good (unfortunately they do what the owner tells them)
2. they never have fresh bagels (yes in the mornings) they store them in plastic bags so they don’t get hard
3. they keep the sausages and egg in the warmers all day (by the way they just sold me one super dry sausage)
4. The coffee is never fresh (specially iced coffee)
5. the problem here is not the workers is the owner. Not sure how this store pass (corporate) inspection I know this because I used to work in one.

Was very disappointed. I had ordered a strawberry milk shake n it tasted n looked like, bc it was that liquid, like a strawberry milk. Went back, the manager in charge explained to me to ask for more ice cream n to make it thick. Common sense a milk shake isn't that liquid but in a thicker side! Duh!!! i dislike visiting this location in the afternoon. the ladies that run it at that time don’t know how to do their job correctly. i placed a mobile order 15 minutes before walking in and they had just started, mind you the store was empty other than 1 person being there. my coffee was dark and tasted black after i asked for caramel cream and sugar. to top it off my food was burnt. if they did less talking they’d probably do a better job. i will definitely be refraining from ordering there again. this is already the 3rd time I’ve...
