Ordered food and drinks to be ready at 6:30 pm and prepaid for the order. Arrived at the store around that time and food was not ready. The food was completed at around 6:55pm. When I got to the car I noticed that I received a large cheese and 2 XL cheese instead of an XL cheese and 2 XL pepperoni. I went back into the store to inform them of the mistake. The manager questioned me multiple times about if I was sure the order was incorrect. The trainee at the register then said that he remembered receiving the order and entered it in the computer incorrectly. Since my family was in the car still and it was about 7:00 pm at this point I asked for a discount or refund on the incorrect items. The manager said it was already paid for and could not change the price and that I would have to call the GM the next day. I decided to drive my family home and then the pizza was completed around 7:20, 50 minutes after it was supposed to done. The next day I called the GM to ask for a refund and she said “you are asking for a refund on food that was remake? That is not possible, sweetie.” I decided to accepted a store credit for part of the total amount on the since it is better that nothing. The order I had today has done it for me. I ordered a xl pizza and a 2 litter on their app. The expected delivery time was 8:11pm. 8:30 comes around and my order wasn’t delivered yet so I called. After being on hold for 6 mins they hung up on me. I called back and got a answer after being on hold for about the same time. I asked about the status of my order and they told me it was on the way. 15 mins goes by and my order finally arrived. I grabbed my pizza and then realized I didn’t get the 2 litter I ordered. Delivery is always quoted at an hour, but takes anywhere between an hour and a half to 3 hours. Our food has been wrong almost every time over the past month or two. Today I ordered an order online at noon to be picked up for carryout at 5:40. My wife got there at 5:40, which gave them almost 6 hours to make it. At 6:20, a half hour later, she is still waiting.
