If I could give no stars I would. Placed a delivery order and when the order came the pizza was not baked all the way and there was hair in the pizza and they also had forgotten part of our order, so I called and the lady was willing to replace our order and have it redelivered and for us to give them the bad food back and I was fine with that. Once our replacement food came once again the pizza wasnât all the way baked and once again there was still hair in our pizza, I called back talked to the same lady and she got very rude because she said it was baked right and their is no way that their is a hair in our food because the guys that she has making and cutting the pizzas have short hair and mind you not we took a picture each time so we had proof and yes there was hair in our food and thatâs just grouse. The main thing that upsets me is that not once but twice the same thing happened and when I called both times I was nice about it and the lady was nice the first time I called but when I had to call back she was very rude. My husband ended up driving back to take them the food to show them exactly what we were talking about and that we are not paying for food that isnât cooked all the way and has hair in it thatâs just disgusting and should never be served. When my husband took the food back and showed them the manager tried to deny there was hair but once my husband told her we have pictures she all of a sudden changed her whole attitude and my husband saw one of the guys that was making pizzas had a long beard and had nothing covering it and the colors in his beard are the exact same colors the hairs were that were in our pizzas each time. We did get a refund but what happed should not have happened and even though it did the manager needs to learn to be nice and helpful even if she had the same situation happen twice because not once were we rude to her she got rude and we just arenât going to feed our kids uncooked food with hair in it let alone eat it ourselves either. Called in and spoke with someone who said the driver was just leaving on the way to us. When asked if there was any money off or something that could compensate the super late time, we couldnt be given a straight answer we asked to speak to a manager. The manager answered introducing himself as "the manager" and not giving his name. He was very short and didnt give any answers as to why it was almost 2 hours after we ordered and then driver had just left after we finally called in. The reason given was my phone # was entered wrong and even though he remembered delivering to us before and the food was paid for they weren't sure what to do to "verify" the order, meanwhile I had received an email confirming the order and giving me the delivery time, granted my phone saves my info to enter on sites and added a "1" to the area code and entering my number incorrectly so I understand that problem. 20 minutes later when the food shows up, now almost an hour late. The driver was rude, assuming he knew the conversation that was had with the "manager". Due to the fact the food was so late and the lack of customer service we had we did not tip. A few hours later we came out the throw trash away and noticed papers in our driveway. The driver crumbled the receipt and threw the papers and other trash in the driveway as he left. If there was a lower rating I could give I would. Not ordering again for worry that our food would be messed with since they obviously remember who they deliver to. Will be using other Pizza huts...

What happened next made me laugh the cashier pulled out $1 and counted one then he pulled out $0. 25 and counted 25 pulled out another $0. 25 and said 50 pulled out $0. 10 and said 60 pulled out another $0. 10 and said 70 pulled out $0. 05 and said 75 then he pulled out 3 pennies and said $1. 78, I chuckled, it wasn't really that big of a deal I marked it up to just a long day. Then they allowed me to walk out without my soda so I had to go back and a different cashier greeted me. I told her I paid for my food and a two liter but did not receive my two liter. I told her what kind I ordered and she said that they didn't carry it. I said that it was fine and asked if I could have a different kind, which she asked me how I was going to pay for it. I asked her if she really wanted me to pay for my drink yet again. the dumbfounded stare I received after that question was the same in the previous cashier's eyes when I chuckled. So after saying I wasn't going to pay for my drink again she told me straight-faced that she had no idea how to help me.
