Awful! Our beloved Crocketts in Montclair was closed so we checked this place out b/c of the reviews. The main star the fried whiting we ordered 2 trays of it 30 pieces of fish not seasoned, softly fried, and limp. The shrimp was good but not great. The Mac & cheese was not good…..so disappointed. The potato salad, greens, and yams were decent. Most of it was wasted because no one enjoyed it. Money wasted, time wasted, food wasted. We highly DO NOT Recommend this place and Won’t go back...

The cat fish sandwiches are to die for, however; the cat fish nuggets are even better... It does not matter when you order them they are ALWAYS fresh! The other food items are just as delicious... The young man who cooks the food is mannererable, humbled, and kind. The young lady who takes the food orders are patient, kind, and humbled. The atmosphere is less than desirable, but the food is definitely chefs' kiss! Go and you will not be...

One star for the cleanliness of the establishment. Otherwise I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this place. Ordered multiple overpriced fish dinners. They all smelled of rot.
